@Saittech89 @CarttCa @Xplornet As a Starlink customer I can say two things: The initial cost is high at $800. The monthly cost is higher than I was paying to Xplornet. I can also say it works amazingly well and they are very up-front about ongoing issues the network is having and what they are doing to fix.

  • snocross26 Brian Glowach (@snocross26) reported

@Xplornet Our download speed is 2mbps.... right since the day it was installed... the installer said that we have a strong signal... you want your service payment for the upcoming month... fix our ******* internet.... NOW!!

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet Customers: Our xplornet sucks, we can't get the speeds you sell us! We can barely do anything useful and it's covid times, we have to school and work from home! xplornet: But lookit this picture, so pretty. Don't forget to pay your bill this month, our techs need better cameras.

@Xplornet Is that why I get 0.04 mbps of upload??? WTF I CAN'T EVEN UPLOAD VIDEOS

  • TKC_1233 Jonathan Fortuna (@TKC_1233) reported

@Xplornet so I should just expect your crapy service to go out for 5-12 hours every week then, huh? #xplornetsucks

  • marshmat Matt Marsh (@marshmat) reported

Aaaand there's the nightly @Xplornet service interruption for Kepler tower / S. Frontenac. Just a short one tonight! I was all ready for the usual several minutes of nothing working!

  • cloudycanuck Josh Fraser - Stayin the blazes home. (@cloudycanuck) reported

@c_f_johnson I take it you’ve never used terrestrial wireless like @Xplornet before

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@MobileSyrup My Starlink, while sitting in its box on my kitchen floor, provided better service than my Xplornet connection did at the same moment in time. They already can't supply the services they were offering, what makes people think this "upgrade" will work out?

  • Dubbloseven Dubbloseven (@Dubbloseven) reported

@Xplornet even cancelling your service has been a pain in the ***. Lying scammers. Un ******* real

  • Saittech89 Saittech (@Saittech89) reported

@CarttCa @Xplornet Why would people want this???? They can get Starlink that has faster download and uploads for cheaper. oh and great costumer service.
