So @Xplornet umm, you know the "our wait times are insane tonight so we'll hold your place in line and call you back" function on your tech support line has been completely and utterly broken for three years, right?

@Xplornet @EORN_CA ...industry works. Scheduled outages are planned, and have a definite duration, and are done during non-disruptive hours. (Industry norm is midnight to 5am unless physically going up the tower is needed.) Issue 2: When you're making a change in production, you test it....

@JayNauta Yeah. Lots of folks use Xplornet and it’s just pure garbage. Incredibly unreliable and the service is not good. A lot of the modern world leaves rural people without the things we take for granted.

@Xplornet what gives? I understand if the wifi doesn’t work when the weather is poor, but there is not a single cloud in the sky and it’s sunny and our wifi isn’t working

My @Xplornet equpt was replaced on Sat. Since then getting 1/10 my package speed due to multiple errors. Several calls to techs, lost working time. So far 6 days of not getting what I am paying for due to @Xplornet errors.
