  @Xplornet It may be just the beginning of winter, and some Xplornet customers have gone south for winter but this particular Xplornet customer remains in Canada to face the terrible service. #CancelExplornet

  Seems XPLORNET's support site "MYEXPLORNET" has gone MIA. Each morning I check daily usage (75 G/month limit). All day yesterday and so far today, my attempts to log on are met with "This site can’t be reached The connection was reset." Wondering if anybody else has same issue?

  @Xplornet has to be some of the worst internet I’ve ever encountered. And when you call they tell you they don’t know when it’s going to be fixed. “Could be 2 days, could be 2 weeks” is not a reasonable answer.

  @BaldurBarons @Xplornet We thought it might've been frost on the towers cause it always happens when temps drop down to around -30C. Happened last week too where it was unusable a few days. But tonight has been the worst I've ever experienced at the lake. Can't even load twitter on a 50 mbps plan 🙄
