Earlier this year the went to my daughter’s fir a service call. Dropped her as a customer , as she was in the middle of a class. She is a university Prof. All her classes were on line. Xplornet sucks

Up until last January I would give them a minus star review. Now 5 stars! Now if our Telus cell service was as good… Thanks for the incredibly positive changes Xplornet!

Around in circles for days I have been told i) automated payment system doesn’t work with Apple iPhones ii) password reset on account doesn’t work with Microsoft email…WTF!

Shaw satellite and xplornet lte had download speeds of .5. Had that for 10 yrs…now we have 250. 7 people stream/game or work at once w zero issue. Love it.

JJ Temple (@pcman87654) reported@xplore_ca Still blows my mind how you can't update your customers during the outage but you'll share posts about bald eagles casually. Was on hold for over 3 hours trying to figure out what was going on and didn't get through to anybody.
