    Super slow internet for yet another week @xplornet. No doubt the tower is overloaded. I’m sure it will be better once be start leaving for Starlink. Hope I’m one of them.

    @AndrewMcCallum2 @Xplornet This company service is a joke - so glad I switched to Starlink. Nothing but rave for their service. @Xplornet had holes in their ship and they’re only making them bigger.

    @Xplornet How about some communication regarding when you’re going to have your service back up? As are many in rural Canada, I’m relying on your internet service and I’d like to know when I can get access. The lack of information is unacceptable.

    @Xplornet we haven’t had internet for 2 days and 4 calls and your techs still tell us to do the same thing with no results now I’ve been on hold over 90 minutes. Getting sick of the slow service, long waits and still unable to get a solution. We need more options rural 🇨🇦
