    @FeministHousew1 Have you filed a complaint with the CCTS? I have moved on from Xplornet now (thanks Starlink!) but I filed a complaint and outlined what I thought would be fair. Canceled the service before the CCTS complaint was all finalized so I let them off the hook on my demands though.

    Just had my first real outage with @SpaceX Starlink. Lasted about a half hour, maybe 45 minutes. My account portal had a banner that told me about it AND gave an ETA for a return of service. Two things I've never seen that pathetic excuse for an ISP @Xplornet ever do.

    @Xplornet Yah I've been doing that for 3 YEARS!!! And guess what! My internet still doesn't work, no one will help and the company won't send a technician to fix it! So what does a person do when the company they PAY for a service doesn't provide the service or assistance????

    @Mark_Goldberg @Xplornet By far the worst provider in the history of the internet. It’s 2021, why am I still having to deal with dial up speeds?? Oh right. Because Xplornet oversells towers and then throttles their speed to make up for it.
