@Xplornet at what point do you start refunding your clients for terrible service and down time? This is literally the worst internet provider on the planet. They know they are the only provider for some areas and they rip those customers off severely!

@elonmusk My First Nation reserve has terrible internet and is in need of starlink Mr. Musk. Attawapiskat, Ontario currently only has xplornet and xittel which only offer 2-10mbs download and 2 mbs upload. We need your help.

@Xplornet @chriswtburke A) they're not sorry, and B) if you do provide them with your account info, they'll block you from contacting support in the future. This company provides an awful service, and then refuses to actually offer any support or assistance.

@Xplornet haha, note the "up to" in there - in reality, what you'll get is 2mb for 18 hours a day, and zero connection for the other 6. If you want awful service, and even worse customer support, then sure, give Xplornet a call.

@elonmusk long shot but there's no customer service on Starlink sites at all. I've been a telecom tech for 15 years and was with Xplornet the last several for Rural Canadians.I've been selling people on Starlink all over SK as it's the best option. Any chance for referal ID?

@XplornetES #FunFactFriday Xplornet is the worst internet provider on planet earth, and are doing their best to make sure that Canada will never feature in that list by taking your money and refusing to provide an internet service.
