    @Xplornet I called in and had the issue taken care of. I just don’t get this big charge then throttle ppl back.

    @elonmusk Totally dissatisfied with @Xplornet and their high-orbit, unreliable solution (and terrible customer service!). Just ordered a Starlink kit and hoping for the best! All I really need is for it to work, in some capacity, much of the time.

    @DustinPatar Yes just switched to a different ISP. Cellphones and NWT DSL having issues it looks like. @Xplornet is still working

    @Xplornet Connie Certusi CRO Home Services I messaged you. Kindly get my internet fixed. I am NOT calling again after wasting Friday evening and sat and the being hung up on by you service supervisor.

    @Xplornet 1/after days of hell your customer service supervisor said a tech needed to be sent out at my expense. He then hung up on me. He said when I expressed costs already personally incurred with frustration that if I was not going to be professional he would end the call.
