I find it funny that 99% of @Xplornet's replies to things start with "Hi there, we're sorry that ...." Actually probably closer to 99.9% Better uptime than their service, that's for sure.

  • 747_s Canadian Britchick 🇨🇦🇬🇧🇺🇸 (@747_s) reported

We live near US border our internet @Xplornet keeps going out, called and message said *service issues* . Really? Or are we being blocked #InsurrectionActsigned

  • DanaMcIntosh Dana McIntosh (@DanaMcIntosh) reported

In the middle of a pandemic, with so many people working from home, why can't @xplornet do their maintenance in the evening or on the weekend when fewer working folks would be impacted by loss of that necessary service? #epicfail

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet Funny how they never ever take a picture of their own work. It's not like xplornet would flat out lie about these pictures that pop up randomly on their their twitter. I mean, xplornet lies about their speeds and reliability all the time, but these pictures they spam.... real?

  • WeatherLandG 🌤 L&G Weather, News & Traffic ☃️ (@WeatherLandG) reported

@lammy9661 @Xplornetsuppor1 My son asked the other day why we didn’t have Xplornet. A friend of his has it and, I guess has little issues for gaming. I told him because i want it to be functional more often than not and Xplornet has an awful track record.

  • lammy9661 Kevin Lamacraft (@lammy9661) reported

@WeatherLandG @Xplornetsuppor1 Can’t even fathom not having throttled internet... like clockwork, between the hours of 1600 and 2100 internet speeds run at a snails pace with @Xplornet .... the inevitable result of poor coverage and over-subscription....

  • SarcasticElder Sarcastic Elder (@SarcasticElder) reported

@Xplornet just wondering if there has been any reported problems, specifically in the Prince Edward County area, close to the Bay of Quinte? Been rough all week but the last two days have been horrible.

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@StarBuck_83 @Xplornet Is it bad that I'd actually kill to have your tested upload speed as my download speed? Hell, I'd kill to have *my* tested upload speed as my download speed.

  • kevdevlyn Kevin Porter (@kevdevlyn) reported

@Xplornet Yea. To bad your **** internet won’t load such a thing oh unless it is 2 in the morning when nobody’s on.

  • PaulRenaud613 Virtual Nonsense (@PaulRenaud613) reported

@Xplornet I called tech support and was able to determine that my modem was fine. Your tech was unaware of any satcom issues (he kept calling it a tower), yet my service mysteriously restored itself almost exactly 48hrs after it failed. You need to be more transparent on satcom outages.
