That’s what I did when they told me it’ll be $150 for a tech to come out and look at our equipment. Told them they can foot the bill to fix their **** service or I’ll filing a complaint with the CRTC/CCTS. They waived the fee.

Robert Bloch (@rbloch66) reported@Xplornet Called tech last night & this morn. My internet is still bad, & at times, stopped. Seemed to be fixed, but 30 min later it is right back to where it was. Disappointing!!! I'm tired of sitting on the phone listening to why you want me to believe my speeds are so slow.
