@sharonhoyes @Xplornet I always select Sales when calling for tech support, that way you always get a person.

  • stevecurious2 Steve (BoSox fan in Blue Jay land 🇨🇦) (@stevecurious2) reported

@Xplornet Well aware of your tech. support number, committed to memory due to the frequency of me having to use it. Tbh I am just not prepared to call, wait, select prompts and wait another hour or more for a call back. Not how I want to spend my evening.

  • MoutrayJessica JessicaMoutray (@MoutrayJessica) reported

@Xplornet the last week in Valhalla, Alberta area has been abysmal for connectivity. The connection gets dropped 2-3 times per hour and it is costing me work opportunities and affecting my ability to teach my students. Is there a tower down out here?

  • Fred_Wreck1983 Fred Cee (@Fred_Wreck1983) reported

@Bobbeyyyyyy @Xplornet there is a problem with their whole network, it's a piece of ****.

  • Pazz29 Matt Pasowisty (@Pazz29) reported

@Xplornet has to be some of the worst internet I’ve ever encountered. And when you call they tell you they don’t know when it’s going to be fixed. “Could be 2 days, could be 2 weeks” is not a reasonable answer.

  • CraigSenchuk Craig Senchuk (@CraigSenchuk) reported

@NeustaedterMark That’s awesome, anyone in Carberry area on @StarlinkPage yet? Log into site and just says they will let you know when available. @Xplornet sucks, need to cut that cord!

  • CameronBrewst20 Cameron Brewster (@CameronBrewst20) reported

@Xplornet My family called tech support complaining that we pay for 25mbps download speed and we are getting 1mbps download speed. They said they would send someone out to come check out the problem and no one has come to our house yet because they keep making excuses.

  • myles_kin Myles Standish Kin Folk (@myles_kin) reported

@Xplornet this service is absolutely garbage. And the wait time for a call.. seriously, how are you even in business??
