Hey @Xplornet I was wondering when you were going to send me the installation disc for your service since I haven't been able to get online since signing up. You guys work like AOL used to right?

  • TalkingNB Erica Proudfoot (@TalkingNB) reported

@JeffKellytwtr @CBCNB @ONBCanada Quite a bubble you're in then. Someone needs to burst it. My son came to visit at Christmas and had to GO HOME because he couldn't work with our slow Xplornet internet. And this is common for people miles around. Wake up, toots.

  • lewisbron Lewis (@lewisbron) reported

@Xplornet it’s took two days of downloading to get to 68% on a video game. Did you know it took 3 days to get 30gb of video from Mars. Yet it might take me 3 days to download a game off the internet. Honestly sad how bad your internet is. My game better be done by tonight

  • Snowymb1 🇨🇦 (@Snowymb1) reported

@Xplornet cause your service sucks ****

  • JeffLeslie11 Jeff Leslie (@JeffLeslie11) reported

@SpaceX Now only if I can get on the beta testing. So tired of slow speeds with Xplornet.

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet Because the issue is always one the customers end, it could never be that xplornet is way too slow and unreliable. Avoid xplornet, they are a terrible ISP.

  • vwgirl_jl99 Janis (@vwgirl_jl99) reported

Unnacceptable;considering we r paying $113 per month for internet. Finally, the 7 day period ended and internet resumed normal performance. By normal I should say decent during the day but slow at night when everyone is using the internet since Xplornet WAY oversells their towers

  • vwgirl_jl99 Janis (@vwgirl_jl99) reported

Let me share my recent experience to help you make a decision: 2 weeks ago, I started getting automated phone messages from Xplornet saying they would be performing maintenance on my tower.

  • AnalyseVic Victorian Analysis (@AnalyseVic) reported

Country dweller: Bell sales rep came to my door twice today unsolicited 1st time tried to sell me on new ‘unlimited’ internet with guaranteed 25mpbs down. Nope Xplornet provides better. Came back 2nd time offered guaranteed 50mpbs down, dropping to half after cap reached #peipoli

  • Steve__Siebert Stephen Siebert (@Steve__Siebert) reported

@redwoodacres Yes our @Xplornet hasn’t been good lately and our @TELUS cell service has been worse than the original flip phone service. How do these companies get away with this? I’ve asked Telus and they always just say they know they have a problem.
