@xplore_ca I'm not sure you can help me, but my Xbox says to use IPV6. Is that available with your service and how do I go about getting it?

@xplore_ca You need to review the packages you offer. Its theft saying you can offer me 50down 10 up. Over 5 years of bad service and being lied to now being told Im 30 KMS from the closest tower? Who was allowed to sell me this trash. Maybe i can move closer if you pay my rent right?

@macjbby @nationalpost I live stream in full HD with no problem. Typical speeds are around 200 - 300 Mbps down/15-25 Mbps up. I use to be stuck with Xplornet that advertised 10/1 as the best speeds for my area, yet rarely ever got more than 3 - 4 down/1 up. Starlink is on a completely different level,…

@xplore_ca You don’t need my account information to tell me if an upgrade is planned for the Pugwash, Nova Scotia tower and if so when. You have my name that will show I am a customer of xplore.

@mario4thenorth Same thing as with EORN...Eastern Ontario Regional Network, tasked with getting broadband to rural eastern Ontario. 20+ years and a house bought in '98 can only access Starlink which is not part of EORN. Xplornet satellite latency and cost not competitive. Cell service spotty. When house was purchased Bell Canada promised DSL in 6 months. LOL. First of all too far from local switching central office for DSL.

@xplore_ca Oh ya? 3 calls to cancel advising AH was deceased and offered death certificate. Still got billed another month and called only to have agent demand to speak to my dead father. Two calls later and it is cancelled. 5 calls total to cancel.

@Colin1Best @TownOfMiltonON @vankayak I hope you’re right Colin, but I haven’t seen anyone with plans to bring high speed service up First Line Nassagaweya north of 25 side road to Arkell road. I’m close to the Xplornet tower at 28 side road and even so, it’s hard to even do basic stuff at times.

@LeoNasau @thinking_panda Yep. 36,000km is the same as the Telesat satellites that were support Xplornet sat internet. My average latency was 670ms with that gear. Useless tech. Starlink: 550km from earth Telesat: 36,000km from earth.
