@Xplornet Actually read like: We hope they paid their internet bills because we'll chuck em out and care nothing for their hardships as xplornet is a greed driven, promise breaking, vastly out of date, dithering, ISP that runs under the banner of cronyism and self-service.

@k_mcbc @Xplornet #xplornet is a joke. Put them right up there with #bell. Haven’t had internet since Dec 23. Tech came and got it working for 4hrs yesterday and now gone again. 3 kids starting remote learning Monday. Cancelled service and went with #WTC 🤞

Xplornet News, As a customer we had switched over from the KA2 satellite to keep Xplornet as our isp. I specifically asked to keep my overage plan b4 the switch, that it was only equip change, which they confirmed. Then we are at limit state? 2nd call, 3rd call. Wtf, plan n/a?!

@Xplornet So the equipment you provide fails making my connection unacceptable and you think I should pay someone to come replace that!? How is this acceptable customer service? I have NEVER has an ISP do that. If this is how you operate I will move to @SpaceXStarlink

@Bell @Xplornet The Government is saying that internet is a basic need & is essential...but companies like you are slowing down service! At least during the 1st lockdown in Ontario, our internet worked; this time around, we literally lose connection every 10 minutes.

@albertarebel1 I totally think that's xplornet. And then Telus hubs. I legit had dial up speeds with both, and they did nothing to fix it. At least CCI answers their phones!

@SpaceXStarlink Good evening I live in rural Canada. We have a wide variety of radio internet and satellite xplornet. The problem is they are slow and unreliable. I am a contractor that would like to become an installer for starlink.

@Xplornet He has your crappy service to thank for having to be out there, too. The one good thing to come out of Xplornet is that Ragnar found his forever family. How many more homeless dogs will you save before your infrastructure is fixed to support all your users?!
