Xplore Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • dgouldca Derek Gould (@dgouldca) reported

@kristinaennis Just seeing this now; for some reason I had tweets from you muted! Starlink is now available. Not cheap, but excellent service. Just set it up at my cabin a couple weeks ago, way faster than xplornet or cell.

  • BluebirdX11 Bluebird (SkiAspen.eth) (@BluebirdX11) reported

@Xplornet Lol - people do not be fooled that xplornet will provide any customer service in a customized way. They will ONLY assist you if you have access to a signal and you call them and wait an hour to get a rep. They are instructed to deliver nothing of value via email/DM- phone only

  • D_Kellam Doug Kellam (@D_Kellam) reported

@Xplornet: we are ending your service June 30 Me: but you’ve already told me you can’t put me on LTE Xplornet: right. Me: cancel my account please Xplornet:You are a valued customer. We are sending you to our customer loyalty group. Your wait time is 53 minutes. SMH ..!..

  • Bocabec99 Mark Stewart (@Bocabec99) reported

@DeniseMiller76 Ditto on @Xplornet. One outage around 1.5 days and numerous other hour or two hour long outages during the day.

  • ddog9 Shawn Colborn (@ddog9) reported

Going on 60min currently on hold to cancel our @Xplornet service. There is zero chance we would recommend them for rural internet. They are a complete disappointment. #bebetter

  • BluebirdX11 Bluebird (StartWinning.eth) (@BluebirdX11) reported

I would like to make everyone I can reach aware that @Xplornet is utterly useless in the realm of customer service. Truly terrible - a class of their own. Knowing them, they might publicly respond to this tweet pretending that they want to help, only to deliver nothing of value.

  • saskiaages Pip (@saskiaages) reported

@Xplornet 1/after days of hell your customer service supervisor said a tech needed to be sent out at my expense. He then hung up on me. He said when I expressed costs already personally incurred with frustration that if I was not going to be professional he would end the call.

  • BluebirdX11 Bluebird (StartWinning.eth) (@BluebirdX11) reported

@elonmusk Totally dissatisfied with @Xplornet and their high-orbit, unreliable solution (and terrible customer service!). Just ordered a Starlink kit and hoping for the best! All I really need is for it to work, in some capacity, much of the time.

  • DeniseMiller76 Denise Miller (@DeniseMiller76) reported

@Bocabec99 @Xplornet Same. Every few days the past month was getting an email about upgrades from 8am until 8 pm. Hard when you work from home. I have no cell signal here, can't tether. Ended up working from @Reedspointpub one day. That was a positive actually, but it has been a bad month for sure.

  • LesliRichone EmilyR (@LesliRichone) reported

@Shuswapgigi @Xplornet Tell them you are leaving if they don’t charge you less for crappy service, I only paid 50$ a month for unlimited data and high speed for 2 years
