    @Xplornet @trailhawk2013 Xplornet has terrible customer service and will just tell you "We can't do anything about it". Soon everyone will switch to StarLink.

    1/2 @APLenehan finding you on Twitter is faster than through corporate office why is that?? You should be all over my issue today or one of your assistants at the very least. Because @XploreMobile and @Xplornet have no clue how to treat customers. I’ve been lied to and misled..

    @reikokoyama79 @CCI_Wireless @Xplornet You try the telus hub internet or whatever they call it? My cousin has it at his acreage & his parents at the farm and they actually have less problems then I do with shaw high-speed in the city.

    @wheelerreborn @CCI_Wireless @Xplornet Yeah, had it for a year. First 3 months it was awesome. And then it got to the point where I waa using half of the data I was buying (and of course, Telus didn't say anything) because it was so slow. They'd oversold the tower.

    @Zach_Fleisher @Xplornet Absolutely go with Star Link. No question. Heard lots of great reviews. We are stuck with Xplornet. Absolutely horrible speeds. Never near what is quoted. Many out here, including us, will switch the moment Star Link is available.

    @IDontBlog @TekSavvyBuzz Sorry it isn't Rogers it's @Xplornet, their service is terrific.

    @Xplornet Maybe they should stop taking photos of deer & actually start doing their jobs. Terrible customer service & horrible internet. Incredibly low speed. Dropped calls on every 5 minutes and 13 MB downloads take up to 30 min. Can't wait for StarLink to expand their service and switch.

    @Xplornet Dear xplornet a 12 hour outage with no ETA is unacceptable .. without any notifications to your customer's and no explanation as to what is happening .."our technicians are on site trouble shooting" is a valid answer at this point.

    @Klink89 @terry_seguin pt.2, however monthly it is around $100-120 CAD i believe.. in my personal opinion i feel like it's definitely worth the money as overall you'll have a more reliable service that is constantly looking to improve their product/service unlike Xplornet..

    @Zach_Fleisher @Xplornet Also: this pandemic has taught me how awful rural internet really is.
