When I insisted that there isn’t a problem from my side they took another 25 minutes putting me on hold just to come back and say the problem was on their end. 1/2

You announced fiber, among other services, for Nova Scotia 14 months ago...and then nothing...no new information about actual high speed options. Sure, 25Mbps-LTE was a start, but it's not a long term solution for anyone but the most basic of users.
