@Xplornet For anyone thinking about becoming a customer...These guys relplied to my CCTS complaint about lack of speed indicating that THEY KNOW that they CAN'T PROVIDE what they are charging me for because of a KNOWN ISSUE WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT This is IN WRITING. I can share the letter.

@Xplornet I’d warn anyone of contemplating buying from @xplornet that if you find their quality not matching their promises - don’t expect a refund, expect a cancellation fee. It’s brutal. Not even easy to cancel.

@Xplornet This is increadably disappointing, really thought it was going to be a better company doing this project you know one that actually gives a fudge about their customers. Also once again I'm in the little corner of Norfolk county that doesn't get this service.

@Nick62289935 @Xplornet No surprise to me. How, though, are they allowed to continue to sell service that they are unable to provide?

@Xplornet @mikofox Just don't call them too often about not receiving what you are paying for...they will block your phone number to prevent you from calling them...and yet still tell you the only way to fix the issue is to call them...

@Xplornet Why? Wait for an hour and find there's nothing wrong. The problem is yours for overselling the bandwidth. Contacting CRTC, and my MP

@jcalder1983 @MBAgDays @Xplornet That speaks volumes to how terrible this company is. I can't wait to cancel and then file the inevitable chargeback with my bank because they took money anyhow.

Found out today that I can get fibre op internet. The catch is that because I'm with xplornet I either have to wait out another 11 months with garbage internet or shell out $25/month left on my contract.
