  • Function12Dev Ivan Sine (@Function12Dev) reported

@AgFreeAgent For sure, he's a problem solving futurist. Starlink likely to destroy Xplornet unless they can compete on gov subsides and lower prices. And I see some indication that Bell suddenly is looking into replacing rural copper infrastructure with fiber optics. Gov $upport of course.

  • rammyramramram Ram (@rammyramramram) reported

@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet Man, running any of their social media, PR, or customer service, it must feel like you're a borderline scammer, eh? Like, you have to justify customers every day overcharging for something so basic, but knowing they have no alternative. The real Martin Shkreli of ISPs.

  • Nick62289935 Nick (@Nick62289935) reported

@Xplornet Burying all the critical tweets about your terrible service with these useless articles isn't doing any good. Your time is limited, you should spend it trying to make good on your promises before it's too late. #reckoning

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet Fix your network, stop trying to be a social magazine, these random tweets is just making your customers angry. They pay too much for too little and all xplornet cares about it posting random bits of internet.

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet You can almost see all the upgrades and expansions behind them. Everybody I know with xplornet already preordered #Starlink , almost time to #cancelxplornet . Xplornet is a terrible ISP, avoid them.

  • charlie1105 Charlie Walker (@charlie1105) reported

@Xplornet There's no point, there's nothing that can be done my end - it's clearly elsewhere in your network that the problems occur, and your default response to every twitter complaint demonstrates your lack of care or customer support.

  • blakerolseth10 Blake Rolseth (@blakerolseth10) reported

@Xplornet I just changed providers cause xplornet wouldn’t fix there towers

  • XenaTKB Terry Bedard (@XenaTKB) reported

@Kaitlynkitzan @Xplornet their customer service often leaves a bit to be desired!

  • kevdevlyn Kevin Porter (@kevdevlyn) reported

@GeiselJeff @cohenih @Xplornet $145. So a little more than the $125 I was paying for Xplornet but well worth it. Have had it for 3 weeks now and no complaints. Would never go back.

  • jgellhaus1 jgellhaus (@jgellhaus1) reported

@Kaitlynkitzan @Xplornet But they @xplornet will sell and charge for a service that doesn’t work, no matter where you live.
