@ToddSmithPC @EOWC_ON @EORN_CA It is pathetic so help is much needed. We have Xplornet...they promised to upgrade their tower, it’s over crowded, still have not upgraded and still say “it’s coming”. Our internet is so unreliable and you don’t get near why you pay for. Bell won’t put up anymore towers...cogeco

@jamesbergeron @Xplornet Man, I must be *lucky* then, and if I'm lucky I feel really bad for people with worse service than I'm currently getting. Last night we couldn't even watch TV. If my kids were to move to online school, they'd be screwed. This ain't right, at any rate.

@grailyacres @Travisdhanraj @xplornet have made it their business model to oversubscribe and underserve their rural customers. I was lucky to have some competition in my area (Southgate on). Hopefully one day, you will too. It's awful that they have the ear (and funds) of government for rural broadband.

@Xplornet hi. Please train your staff to let clients who want to leave go instead of coercing them into making bad decisions for themselves. When I was leaving a horrid, abusive relationship I was apparently talked into putting an account I knew I would NEVER need again on hold..

@olblue81 @Xplornet We used to have it. Between crappy speeds and customer service we went to unlimited data on our cell phones for a bit. We have a local guy now that is better a lot of the time
