@jupia It’s interesting but from what I’ve read of reviews re: Xplornet in NB, there maybe a large gap between “available” on paper and customer experience. I have no data, just anecdotal…but it’s loud.

Signed up for the 2nd or 3rd service call from @Xplornet in the last year or so. Constantly fluctuating in and out of service and told “Your equipment keeps connecting to the wrong tower... just going to have to deal with it.” Now “here’s a $30 discount because we feel bad”.

@Xplornet I’ve been with Xplornet for over 20 years. What I’ve found is that the service is only as good as the service tech/installer and if you have a lazy or simply working on a call by call paid basis it can get sloppy. My latest experience wasn’t good as well here in NS.

@Xplornet I’ll record this number and next time I have an issue I’ll call. The first service rep was excellent and did a top job along with respecting our home with regards to cleaning up any mess created and being sure the job was complete. Second/latest serv tech, not so much.

@Xplornet 200.8M in revenue & still terrible internet that works about 40-50% of the time, but you will happily charge us $$ of data that won't keep up! @StarlinkPage @elonmusk please hurry, rural SW Ontario customers need better Internet to perform normal daily activities!

@Xplornet You might be connecting rural Canadians but the connections you’re providing are poor, slow, interrupted and expensive.
