Earlier this year the went to my daughter’s fir a service call. Dropped her as a customer , as she was in the middle of a class. She is a university Prof. All her classes were on line. Xplornet sucks

Joel (@PitCrewJoel_25) reported@Xplornet is there a reason I pay for 24 hours of internet service but only receive about 20? Extremely unhappy, will be calling later today to complain and ask for a refund or better internet! Never had issues until you bought my internet provider!
