@Xplornet Sorry xplornet service has been up and down like a yo-yo including most of New Year’s Eve and day, just saw this now... so you’ll forgive me for not actually being able to reply until I turned on cell data.

@Xplornet "Finding an ISP that actually works" is hardly adapting or innovating, but it is what's required the thrive. Maybe you could attempt to actually serve your customers and help out with that? Might be asking too much of @APLenehan to give up some of that cash though.

  • DealWithIt1983 Don't Cry Over Spilt Milk (@DealWithIt1983) reported

@Xplornet if you guys don't stop with your throttling crap. You're going to be responsible for kids not being able to do home schooling. Get your crap together. Don't bother with your typical generic response. I've already talked to you on the phone and got a BS explanation.

@Xplornet Too bad your side is an oversold piece of **** that can’t even push out enough speed to play 1080p

  • bookaholic36 TaniaL (@bookaholic36) reported

@JesseBrown @sula_greene In some rural areas, xplornet won’t even add any new customers (who have no alternatives) because they chose not to upgrade their service. Unreal.

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@FeedYourFuture @Xplornet @Xplornet should change their business practices in 2021 to support rural Canadians by actually providing the services they advertise, instead of retweeting unrelated fluff.

  • Shinzah321 Sean Powless (@Shinzah321) reported

@kevdevlyn @Xplornet I'm so angry that Starlink isn't functional here yet. I imagine the CRTC or some other government arm will totally **** us on it, like they do everything else. Including not allowing unlimited data phone plans and stifling infrastructure expansion. I live in SOUTHERN ONTARIO.

  • deerblaster1 Jay Collins (@deerblaster1) reported

@ctvwinnipeg @Xplornet internet speeds are so bad I hope my kids don’t fall behind!

  • MeghanDClark Meghan Clark (@MeghanDClark) reported

Why is @Xplornet allowed to throttle speed in the evening, just when I want to watch some Bridgerton? It’s a completely useless service between 5 and 11 p.m.

  • glektarssza G'lek (@glektarssza) reported

@Xplornet is a complete and utter joke. One hour I get 1 MB/s and the next I would be better off using dial-up. This has been going on for months. Their webpage loads blazing fast when every other website times out, including Google. Burn in hell, you predatory piece of ****.
