@Xplornet I want to get more detail solution for state code 30.1.1 on the modem HT2000. My internet connection is down every 30 min and the only solution I have is just power off the modem and wifi router, wait 4-5 minutes and restart. It is really frustrating.

  • tbabe789 Tbabe (@tbabe789) reported

@Xplornet the internet you are offering is truly awful.... the past little while I have been getting 0.3 mbps between 830 and 11 pm . I understand that its peak time but this is crazy what the hell am I paying for? We should be refunded for the poor service honestly!
