    @Xplornet I used to be able to count on your internet service- but ever since you started to do "Upgrades" my internet is unpredictable- especially in the evenings.

    Been waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes and counting to speak to a Customer Representative at @Xplornet such poor service. Last time I requested a call back but no one called back. Nothing much issues with the internet.

    @jgreig @adrienneivey Xplornet is the only option here. With 4 kids online schooling we had to pay for two dishes and two plans to get minimal access for the 4 of them even though one should have been more than enough if Xplornet had any intention of living up to their advertised service levels

    @Xplornet Your priorities are at the wrong place. Ever heard of Providing good service? Obviously never!

    @Xplornet They are dropping there prices. When I called to cancel cause I got Starlink they offered a whole 25% off. But just for six months then back to full price for there **** service. NO THANKS.

    @oskypanny @Xplornet Took me a good 37 attempts back to back just to make it on the cue. Hopefully now that some service is back up that it won’t take you that long.
