Your service is very poor and I’m being told limited sight line to satellite for LTE, which isn’t true. You slow our usage down and at best, our DL speed is awful. So, what’s the solution?

Rektify (@RektifyCrypto) reported@Xplornet I thought your service couldn't get any worse, but it has. Now I am literally forced to build my own cell tower, I don't care if there are laws preventing me from doing it, it's already done. You're about to lose 300+ customers in my area. SO **** YOU!

Debbie EbanksSchlums (@debEbanks) reported@kimfullerton @XplornetES I was hoping the tech had improved, but alas. We have 4 internet services to get 300GB of data, with 3 people doing online school. @Xplornet came to fix the brand new satellite dish. 3 days later, there’s spotty service again!
