@xplore_ca internet down Minburn tower 2 days ago most of the day, yesterday most of the day and this morning still. Asking what others have … where do you post outages so we know what is happening?

@xplore_ca You don’t need my account information to tell me if an upgrade is planned for the Pugwash, Nova Scotia tower and if so when. You have my name that will show I am a customer of xplore.

@moegaultier @xplore_ca To transmit from customer to customer......LOL....you must be unaware of how Sattelite Internet operates.

@xplore_ca Starting at 59.99 Until you end up paying 125$/month for THEE worst service in Canada hands down.

Alternative explanation: These people use Xplornet that never works. These people used to hitting send 9 times for everything. A product of their "world Class" Canadian Communications. This is likely the best explanation and "OpenMedia" was honest enough to show it. #CRTC

@xplore_ca Still blows my mind how you can't update your customers during the outage but you'll share posts about bald eagles casually. Was on hold for over 3 hours trying to figure out what was going on and didn't get through to anybody.

    Lomaxcat (@VoosieVooters) reported

@RCLranger @stan_sdcollins I'll have to call Bell again and see if we can get a signal. They haven't been in our area before, and Rogers didn't work for us, so we've been stuck with Xplornet.

@Xplornetsuppor1 @BlondeBigot11 Not sure if you chose Xplornet Support ironically or not... The single worst ISP ever. Could just be you're retarded.

@xplore_ca @XploreBusiness @APLenehan Final Report: After 17 years with a #xplornet satellite dish, we cancelled our service yesterday [to billing month end] and were cut off last night, a day short of what I stated. Took three customer reps and they still didn't get it right.
