Start of the 2nd week with @Xplornet as my internet provider (because they bought a company to get me back as q customer), and I HAVE NO INTERNET. AGAIN.

@Xplornet So I've been with your internet service for almost a year and it hasnt changed since you made the change.... TLDR; bad wifi provider says it's going faster and it didnt change

@RobertELaurie @LFarmakoulas My understanding from minimal research is monthly fees are about the same as Xplornet but you have to purchase the equipment upfront (+/- $350 USD). But my Xplornet is almost as slow as dial up some days and Starlink is allot faster

  • reikokoyama79 Reiko Koyama (@reikokoyama79) reported

Hey @Xplornet I just spent 45 minutes on hold, to talk to the most condescending person I've had to deal with IN YEARS. This is one reason we left your crap service years ago. Guess you had to buy a whole company to get me back...

  • laxdad30 Vern Harwood (@laxdad30) reported

@Xplornet I called for help and they sent a tech over that changed my service because I was getting more speed than I should. With service now below 1 Mbps and 2 kids still in school, I cant afford the risk of asking for help again.

  • miket136 Michael Thomlinson (@miket136) reported

@reikokoyama79 @Xplornet I've been on the list for Starlink for ages. Had Xplornet years ago and had to bail; terrible service and performance.

  • jbone3point0 jbone3point0 (@jbone3point0) reported

1 more week with ****** @Xplornet “internet”. Can’t wait to call those useless pricks and cancel. #xplornetsucks @SucksXplornet

@reikokoyama79 @Xplornet Yea, we were affiliated with them. Too bad - hope they figure it out.

@Xplornet @JKosuth Your tech support can b never fix the problem duh you need more towers,I've been bitching about it since Feb and soon as I find a faster company I'm leaving you people

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@lepp Well I did come across a couple of Bell VP's that had 1) Xplornet and 2) Videotron because Bell's service sucked for them. Yes, they had a nice big discount, but not free they said. We'll know this week which one is fake! ;) Either way I think positions are open on both!
