    Imagine only having a tiny fraction of what is actually needed for survival and then having it stolen by a scam company that refuses to be accountable. **** Xplornet! I have enough stress without wasting all my time contacting them repeatedly only to get nowhere. Never use them!

    @Xplornet It doesn’t help. Spend an hour to have it work again for another one and then back to the same thing so expensive for crap service

    @Xplornet so you took over CCI ( who had amazing technical support) only to put me on hold for an hour and a half to call me back to put them on hold for another 30 minutes only to hang up on me! We got rid of you the first time for thiS!. Not impressed #CustomerService

    @Xplornet I’m sorry that’s not acceptable. I pay for an internet service you offer, I expect to get at least close to the advertised speeds more often than not. This has not been the case at all. Limit customer sales if your network can’t handle the load.

    @Xplornet No internet in Niagara on the Lake for 4 hours. Wait time for tech support on the phone is 84 minutes. I guess this is what $130 a month gets you👎👎

    Xplornet is down , technician needs to be sent out. **** this company and their bullshit. Starlink 2022 can’t come fast enough @Xplornet. The modem hadn’t moved in 3 years , how’s it in the wrong spot now !? 0 wind and clear skies. Football Sunday = ruined. *****.
