We couldn’t do online learning during covid. We got starlink and now 7 of us can stream, play online games and work at the same time with zero issue.

Dan Wiebe (@DanWiebeFree) reported@xplore_ca Don’t believe a word of Xplorenet . I know this from personal experience and my friends and acquaintances share my experience. The speeds and data are far lower than they “sell” their service is crap. Starlink work’s terrific.

Now... they have me considering doing business with Bell Canada. @xplore_ca, do you have any idea how bad things have to get for ME to be considering BELL?

Ally Bryant (@Eh_Bee_Sea) reportedNo one answering @xplore_ca "24-7" customer support line. 3 or 4 tries in the last week... on hold indefinitely. The same song plays over and over and over. Email support? Auto-reply that a "case has been opened" with no details or information about actually getting service.

There’s no other companies out here though so you have no other option. They know this and take advantage which is why there’s a class action against them right now

Arpad Hild (@zotfot) reported@Penny36274714 @reaIDonaIdTru_ Well I had xplornet and was paying $140 for 300 GB but I switched to landline internet with telus and now I pay $70 a month with a home phone and get unlimited data and much better service now too
