    @m3t4lw01f @Xplornet Yeah, mine did that a few weeks ago for a couple of days. Honestly, mine hasn't been the same since. I used to hit 25mbps and sometimes better. But since then, 10 to 14 is all I can manage. Will also have an outage every couple of days that is sometimes fixed by restarting.

    Approaching two hours of being unable to reconnect to the @Xplornet tower after a reboot of their equipment. I'm absolutely amazed at the quality of their service. Nothing can compare to this!

    @Xplornet I am terribly tired of the promised connectivity versus the reality of the poor service you actually can provide. Days of trying to fix this and even having a tech out - and it’s worse than ever😡 STOP CHARGING such a high price when you can’t deliver!

    @Xplornet @penny_hainer @Xplornet, you sure like to say "you're sorry", but you don't ever seem to try to stop abusing your customers. I'm not sure you know what "sorry" really means... Your "Customers" are doing everything they can to let others know how bad it is. That should tell you something.

    90 minutes and counting since rebooting my @Xplornet equipment and having zero internet. I filed a CCTS complaint. Enough is enough.

    @Xplornet @PabloOfficer @xplornet, you know that your aren't going to fix this through "troubleshooting". STOP LYING. Start apologising and backing it up with RESULTS. It's the only hope you have of getting Canadians to forgive you for what you've done to them all these years. #YourDaysAreNumbered

    11 hours later, still no @Xplornet connection. Be nice if they had a status page so I knew if this was a more widespread problem or if only I was affected. It'd be a full time job maintaining a status website there though so probably why they don't have one.
