    @xplore_ca Hands down, this is the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. With other options unavailable, I had to put up with paying for 25 MB/S service but only receiving 3 MB/S and almost no upload speed. I wasted hours on the phone with them…they don’t care. 💸💸

    @xplore_ca Everyone could have got Starlink and no one needed to get free money for that. Stupid corrupt government and the company is no better.

    @xplore_ca Welll its been great I hope you guys can do some more Xploring for your internet and find better places for the towers you put up. Currently it is OFF peak time for me, according to customer service. Still bad laggy internet. Ive had ALL your available packages and no difference.

    @xplore_ca You need to fix your internet it's getting really annoying I use YouTube to help me sleep and it never works I try resetting and nothing

    @xplore_ca I would but I’ve already talked to your people but apparently when you bought out my internet provider you trained 0 of your people on the system so support is basically non existent. Slow speeds, high cost, no customer support. What exactly am I paying these criminal rates for?

    Everyone knows Xplore/Xplornet isn't good enough. The file even says so! They suck. Yet Telus tells people to use this option. Why? There's going to be problems that can affect life & death situations here. #CRTC
