Today, it's fully unusable. Again. 🤯 Should I wait on hold another 1.5hrs for minimal improvement or just cancel ? Cancel it is.

The problem is at YOUR end, and I think we BOTH know what it is — your company claims to not oversell your capacity, but that is what is happening.

Told there is issues with the modem that I rent from Nexicom & that I have to pay more money for a tech to look at THEIR shitty equípement. & xplornet is my only option bc they eat up the rural internet companies.
