    @SezChris @SpaceXStarlink I currently only have decent speeds because I went to the CRTC and complaint. They found it valid and Xplornet came and finally "fixed" my issues. What sucks is literally 5 min down my road can get bell and rogers high speed but they won't expand down my road at this time lol

  • Fred_Wreck1983 Fred Cee (@Fred_Wreck1983) reported

    @Xplornet stupid ******* dog snatchers!!!

  • therealcpr83 Christopher Rogers (@therealcpr83) reported

    @Xplornet It's not like Derek had much work to do. You're network fails all over the country all day long. Nobody at your horrible company send to care. Enjoy the tax dollars.

  • reikokoyama79 Reiko Koyama (@reikokoyama79) reported

    @albertarebel1 I totally think that's xplornet. And then Telus hubs. I legit had dial up speeds with both, and they did nothing to fix it. At least CCI answers their phones!

  • reikokoyama79 Reiko Koyama (@reikokoyama79) reported

    @albertarebel1 Brutal. I tried to switch back to xplornet during the summer. Amd the installer came out, told me the tower guaranteed by the sales person was on a stop sell, and had been for like a year, and I'd probably get service like I had previously. So I stayed with CCI.

    @Xplornet is anyone going to pick up the call. Been on hold for over 4 hours today. Horrid experience!!

  • kevdevlyn Kevin Porter (@kevdevlyn) reported

    @Xplornet There is no troubleshooting required. You throttle my internet every day if I am trying to download something. Works perfect in the middle of the ******* night or early morning. Just admit your piece of **** system can’t handle the traffic.

  • Charles96209000 Charles (@Charles96209000) reported

    @Xplornet Sold me on a 50mb/1mb unlimited packaged I cancelled within two weeks because my avg speed was around the same as my 10mb/1mb DSL connection. Calling support twice revealed they OVER SOLD the tower even after the install guy said it had a solid connection. Kemptville, ON area.

  • fontgirl Cindy Doroschuk (@fontgirl) reported

    All I want for Christmas is a good internet connection @Xplornet seriously 50 minutes to wait for customer service I need a better provider that can service rural #manitoba what’s it going to take?

  • AtTheDogPatch Internet Needed (Please Help) (@AtTheDogPatch) reported

    My #ruralinternet sucks. So, I’ve rediscovered my DVD and VHS collection. Watched Die Hard last night. Under Siege today. Then maybe a John Wayne flick. Thanks @Xplornet I had totally forgotten about this box of viewing gems.
