Looking for rural internet? Stay clear of @Xplornet. Home officed, internet kept dropping, they refused to send another tech out after the 1st guy who came out did nothing. Now they are charging us $10/month for the remainder of contract for a service they can't provide.#xplornet

  • WiredWizard69 Charles Banton (@WiredWizard69) reported

Best or Worst part is, in the last year a company called metroloop ran fibre at the end of the road after 5 years of Bell saying THEY would. BUT.. xplornet bought out metroloop.. BUT, they ARE offering 300 mbs unlimited fibre for $60/month compared to starlinks 100 mbs?? for $150

  • AmiskAggie Rod Turner (@AmiskAggie) reported

@MelissaRDowning Ours has gone down significantly and support is looking into why. Although it is still 8X faster than Xplornet, no spinning wheel of hell and voip is like a regular phone. Cell coverage has become non existent over the last 10 days too.

@Xplornet Come get one of your guys to take your hot garbage dish off my roof. Soon you guys will be bankrupt and will be another nothing company

  • Dylan_YHM Dylan Murphy 🇨🇦 (@Dylan_YHM) reported

@VeryScott @Videotron @Xplornet Ha don’t get me started about how absolutely horrible Xplornet is. I was really hoping that T-Mobile had come to this market, but IIRC the CRTC denied that, likely due to being paid off by the big greedy 3

  • jfmezei Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported

On the Rogers wedding issue: I would hope that @CompBureau releases the letter it sent to Rogers. Important to know if they wish to oppose the transaction as original filed, or oppose a transaction that includes sale of Freedom to Xplornet.

  • Mikeoutdoors73 Mike (@Mikeoutdoors73) reported

@Xplornet Likely the worst internet service provider ever, they sell you a high speed link and deliver a congested over subscribed link. Stay away from this company if you expect value for your money.

  • cartooningguy Eric Davidson (@cartooningguy) reported

@Xplornet Glad somebody’s getting better service! Our tower near Wooler, ON was supposed to be upgraded in the 1st QTR of 2022. Guess that’s not happening. 🤨

@Xplornet I have called, even with a discount, it is still expensive for the slow service.
