It's never been huge but on occasion it has been a couple hundred bucks or more depending on the severity of the complaint. Patience and persistence is usually needed.

rekounas (@rekounas) reported@coleslawYSJ @Xplornet I signed up for Starlink beta. Hopefully I hear back soon. My guess is I will be going with their service when it comes in. Yes, it's more expensive, but I have seen speeds of 130 Mbps download and 12 Mbps upload.
