On day 4 with internet and it’s already down. @Xplornet is this what I am going to deal with?

  • Nick62289935 Nick (@Nick62289935) reported

@sheryl71107825 @Xplornet At least you can call them, Sheryl...they've blocked my phone number so I can't even call them anymore because I've had so many issues...

  • mdonkers1 Martin Donkers (@mdonkers1) reported

@woody_VA Same here. Many of my neighbours have already left Bell's old copper. 😐 I have someone coming out this week to see if I have line-of-sight to get Xplornet's LTE service. Download speeds advertised as "up to 50 Mbps" and some neighbours are currently getting that. 🤞

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet Might as well go outside, most xplornet customers can't use their internet in the first place because it's so bad. #cancelxplornet

  • KingDjangoIV Darko Beers (@KingDjangoIV) reported

@seguincbc Xplornet is about $130/month for speeds of 25 Mbps for first 100GB (think 10 Netflix movies in HD) per month ..... they then ramp you down to 2Mbps once over 100GB - excruciatingly slow - like modern day dial up

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@harrbca Xplornet clearly doesn't give a ****, anyhow. My contract with them is up in May. Worst case is this doesn't pan out and I wait for my pre-order to be filled instead. Summer is coming. I plan to not need internet lol. Incidentally, you can order if your location is Pike Lake.

  • stephenlrobson Stephen Robson (@stephenlrobson) reported

@Xplornet You could have been a lot more proactive in notifying your users and let them know you were working on it. This isn't the first time and I doubt it will be the last. Your internet service is meh at best, your customer service is just the worst!

  • Cheford1 Brett Weston (@Cheford1) reported

@Xplornet absolute garbage internet. You change 110$ and we get internet 3 days a week, speeds close to dialup, constant outages, not to mention multiple outages a day. Your internet and service is a atrocious

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@StarBuck_83 @Xplornet It's laughable how bad they are really. I have American friends that tell me my adventures with Xplornet eclipse their own adventure with ISPs such as Comcast, and I've heard some terrible things about them. It's ok, I ordered Starlink today. Fingers crossed it works here.

  • Nick62289935 Nick (@Nick62289935) reported

@starkinly @Xplornet Yes, Sara. It is. You will deal with outages and extreme slow speeds ALL THE TIME. And when you call to troubleshoot the issue too many times, they will BLOCK your phone number to stop you from calling like they did with me. They will still take your money though.
