@TheAstroKiwi Already know of, what, 8+ StarLink dishes around here. Rapidly replacing the TELUS SmartHubs / XplorNet dishes as they are garbage when the cell towers only put out anywhere from no bars to two.

@FrozenF8 Those speeds remind me of when the only internet choice available to me was Xplornet. Hope things don't take too long to recover for you after that horrible storm.

@Xplornet - I appreciate all the warm and fuzzy tweets about photo contests & film festivals, but probably 1000s of your clients aren't even getting the usual 0.05 MB you deliver. Maybe acknowledge there's an issue on your account to give us the impression that you care?

@Xplornet @XploreMobile I've had Xplornet for 3 years and never once defaulted on a payment. I explained my situation to them now and that I am waiting on a tax return and I had to get a couple of months behind on the Xplornet payments. They sent me a message they're cutting me off. Hello Starlink! Bye!

No home internet service since Sunday so our lines tonight for pivotal Game 4 will be…completely random. Hopefully we don’t have any significant injuries to adjust to or anything. 🤬 PS: @Xplornet sucks *****.

Hey @Xplornet my service has been down for 27.5 hours. No one can.provide an ETA on the repair. Fixed wireless is also my business. There is no world I would have techs that couldn't have this fixed by now. 1/3

@Xplornet We have been told by your customer service people that we will not have an appointment until June 2nd. It sucks because we use the wifi for Buisness purposes and staff are not able to do their work. But we still have to pay them. I will forward our details later.

If you are an @xplornet customer it helps to have a back up system. One storm and they are out for a day (and counting.) No response from their (smirk) customer service on when service will be restored.

Hi @Xplornet, wondering why you haven't fixed broken high speed rural internet in Annapolis Valley, NS for two weeks? Your update May 11ish keeps blocking users after modems power off for any reason. People around are talking. Two weeks is a long time. @thestarhalifax
