Now my new equipment doesn’t work & my account was cancelled. Tech sup is as confused as I am. It’s Friday, I have no internet probably all weekend. Great!

TV, phones and internet. Our @xplore_ca reduces to dialup speed in the evenings and on weekends. ROGERS HERE WE COME, CAN'T HAPPEN SOON ENOUGH.

Extremely frustrating. @Colin1Best @vankayak Wireless internet from Xplornet is hopeless. Someone brings me good internet, I’ll buy it.

Over 5 years of bad service and being lied to now being told Im 30 KMS from the closest tower? Who was allowed to sell me this trash. Maybe i can move closer if you pay my rent right?

Dan Wiebe (@DanWiebeFree) reported@xplore_ca Don’t believe a word of Xplorenet . I know this from personal experience and my friends and acquaintances share my experience. The speeds and data are far lower than they “sell” their service is crap. Starlink work’s terrific.
