🇺🇦 Mr Croft 🇺🇦 (@pcroft) reported@xplore_ca your brief 4 question survey doesn’t help. Your internet sucks! That isn’t an option. Tech support is no help and corp office is not calling about my case! Would I recommend you to a friend? That is a HARD NO!

Lucas Bourque (@Lucas_Bourque_) reportedWhere I live we surprisingly don’t have Bell Fibre. Our only options were Eastlink, Xplornet, or Starlink. Eastlink’s lines in our area were very congested and the service was often slow and spotty, so we decided to try Starlink.

Jim Elliott (@Elli32006352Jim) reported@kevinki16180099 My internet is $50.00/month, I would think yours should be similar. Anything to do with xplornet is not good, horrible company & service.

Palliser Triangle Ag Project (@KKoolyk) reported@BantrySeedman It’s been by far the best rural internet we’ve had. And price point. Had Xplornet (garbage), then Rogers Rocket hub (great speed but expensive), then Netago local company out of Hanna (was overall good, company sold to Telus and I hate Telus)

AtomicHydra (@atomic_hydra) reported@xplore_ca Welll its been great I hope you guys can do some more Xploring for your internet and find better places for the towers you put up. Colin Stewart (@cstewartyqr) reported@tammyrobert @SaskTel What really kills me with SaskTel though is their employees' assertion that no private company would provide service in rural SK (which they don't, either). Access, RFNow, one of the satellite companies Xplornet provide internet in rural SK.

Ashley-Rose C (@TrashleyMess) reported@xplore_ca Your internet is down in Manitoba and no one's available to call on Christmas, can you guys do something about this?

Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reportedAlternative explanation: These people use Xplornet that never works. These people used to hitting send 9 times for everything. A product of their "world Class" Canadian Communications. This is likely the best explanation and "OpenMedia" was honest enough to show it. #CRTC
