    @Bell @Xplornet The Government is saying that internet is a basic need & is essential...but companies like you are slowing down service! At least during the 1st lockdown in Ontario, our internet worked; this time around, we literally lose connection every 10 minutes.

    @Xplornet Sold me on a 50mb/1mb unlimited packaged I cancelled within two weeks because my avg speed was around the same as my 10mb/1mb DSL connection. Calling support twice revealed they OVER SOLD the tower even after the install guy said it had a solid connection. Kemptville, ON area.

    @Xplornet What does xplornet plan to do to help lockdown people in ontario? maybe unlimited again for rest of dec 2020 and jan 2021 to help the customers out?

    All I want for Christmas is a good internet connection @Xplornet seriously 50 minutes to wait for customer service I need a better provider that can service rural #manitoba what’s it going to take?

    That is what I pay $130 bucks a month for mind you these are Silo prices but xplornet "traffic management policy" yaaay, FYI SiloWireless never throttled their customers and their bandwidth never suffered. @m3t4lw01f @SucksXplornet @xplornetretweet

    @Xplornet Put one between colchester and Kingsville please. My kids cannot do their online schooling (it’s the ONLY option at the moment) because our internet is too slow 1mbps at best. $140 a month is criminal. Currently a complete outage had to use all my data to video chat my loved ones
