    Hey @Bell_Support you just tried calling me. I refused to answer. Unless you are calling to tell me you have cut your plan prices in half I don’t want to hear from you. I am only a customer cause everyone else in Canada rips consumers off as much as you do.

    @bell as a former corporate employee and (for reasons unknown to me at this point) long time customer, your corporation is absolutely despicable. Y’all need to figure it out.

    trying to get an old refund (credit) from @Bell, got discounted twice and about to call back and speak the to the TENTH person. When they want their $ they collect fast, but when there is a credit to be paid back, good luck. Crap.

    @Bell your wires fell and are dangling at a precarious height and place(my neighbours house where his daughters playhouse is, and my yard). Your customer service hung up on me immediately because I am not a customer, but these are your wires to your products. What gives? #bell

    @Bell Bell canada has the worst customer service. They just called me to put me on hold. Actively looking for a different provider. Just terrible service and product!

    Here we go YET AGAIN Hello @Bell_Support You guys have the WRONG CNBC channel your network CNBC has two channels: the regular national CNBC channel and CNBC World Tell your control centre to change it back to the national CNBC channel which is on 24/7 on Bell Why does this happen every six months with you guys???

    @Bell_Support Hi, would you guys be able to help me with a new phone? I've switched over to bell mobility from virgin. I did it at best buy and they migrated my cell phone number over and setup my esim, now that im home, my phone cannot make calls and cannot text or has data.

    @Bell_Support Bell your service in the last year in Muskoka is terrible and it has gotten increasingly worse over the last month. Customers pay pretreated in Canada, you need to do better on your cell service!
