  @Reil76 @Bell Happened to me I left Bell and only found out the modem they installed was actually from rogers. They tried to charge me for not returning the bell modem they never installed. 🙃🫢

  Way to go @Bell thanks for sending a technician out to install internet. They came back twice with the same problem and no solution, then ghosted me. I then chose Primus, and yet again, your Bell technicians are screwing me over, as the tentative date is now September 1st. Ffs

  @bell new home customer internet/cable. placed a call July 30th. Only getting partial service promised by salesman. No callback yet. Not a good start

  @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.

  Hey Bell! Curious, does your fraud department actually exist? Have contacted and created multiple claims and haven't heard or seen anything come from Bell. So much for customer support. Explains why people end up with people hacking their accounts and stealing. @Bell_Support
