I spent an hour on the phone for nothing, and they said they would send me a technician. The technician appointment was cancelled since Bell is "looking into the issue". Still not working!

roland csach (@RolandCsach) reported@peterfromottawa @Bell The lag is likely to do more with your building than the service. One of my previous apartment was a black hole for wifi. If you're gaming try using a hardwired connection to the router.
