    @Bell I canceled my service with you since December of last year. I called multiple times and messaged as well, everytime I was assured for refund of $7.33, but even after 7 months I don’t have it. I am going to file a CCTS complaint soon if you send me my $

    @Bell not just that I'll switch all my services from bell, but I'll make sure I refer this customer service incident to all my friends and family to make sure they switch too.

    @Travisdhanraj @Bell @Rogers is worse. My visa expired and tried to update. On hold for over 3h. I called to “add” to my package and that’s how I got through. They told me of some offers and I would think about them. Ten mins later, I get emailed details of my new contract! I never confirmed!

    @Rogers You better make it worth my while. I have just moved my Internet to you from @Bell. I haven't cancelled @Bell yet, but I will cancel you because of this horrible client disrespect. I don't have hours to wait for your idiotic customer service.

    @Travisdhanraj @Bell @Telus is just as bad. Tried to cancel my landline, wasted hours of my life with no results. Quit paying the bill, finally they cancelled and sent a final invoice, paid that and haven't done business with telus since.

    trying to get an old refund (credit) from @Bell, got discounted twice and about to call back and speak the to the TENTH person. When they want their $ they collect fast, but when there is a credit to be paid back, good luck. Crap.

    @Bell Right, so @Bell keeps telling me to wait 24 to 48 hours and I must phone client care, who DONT HELP ME! CCTS complaint has been lodged. This is UNBELIEVABLE
