I have requested phone unlocking from My Bell portal and I got a confirmation that it will be resolved with 24 hrs but when I requested updates he said that request may take more time and no define timelines..even weeks!!

Since what 2014? No appreciation for being loyal. Lisa was last insult! 3gb plan when upgraded, I didn't notice🤬 @TELUS 6gb for 17less🥳

We thought we had a good package! Wrong. Terrible way to treat customers. Been on the phone all morning. I HATE BELL! Good tv but crap service!
