The Heartbreak Club (T.H.C) (@heartbreakers44) reported@Bell_Support Even more disgusting, was the lack of compassion from the credit collector today who told her “don’t mess up the payment plan or we won’t help you again”. As if she is being punished. Absolutely horrid to witness someone be treated this way.

Mikey (@MikeyMantis) reportedDecided to move to @Bell from Rogers because I thought they'd have better service. Install was supposed to happen today and guess what? Had to cancel due to some unforeseen issue. Amazing first experience Bell!!! Maybe I should stay with Rogers.

On top of it L3 confirms the issue, and then support tries to charge customers for wifi pod’s. Is this a service deficiency or an upsell?
