My internet has been dropping every hour or so for 30secs to 2mins for the last 6months. I called customer service today to describe this & agent also confirmed this was being done on purpose. How do you function w such deplorable ethics @Bell ?

  • beebz_to BeebzTOburpz (@beebz_to) reported

I have so many questions among them are: 1. how can I get this offer? 2. Even if the offer isn't available today, why can't @Bell_Support fix this issue to honour the letters sent out?

  • kickitgood25 Johannes Briek (@kickitgood25) reported

@TekSavvyCSR can you tell me what type of DSL options you have in Frankford Ontario? All your site shows are cable options. Since @cogeco refuses to fix faulty lines cable is useless to me. And @Bell just keeps cranking up the prices of our 10/1 internet. nearing $95 now.

@Bell_Support My 92-year old dad’s phone in the Sault has been down for a week (P6C). Was to be fixed yesterday. Now today. Still not. And his lifeline won’t work. Critical issue!

  • t3kfr34k troy soper (@t3kfr34k) reported

@Bell_Support All that does is tell me if there is an outage. There is no outage, I just get extremely poor download rates for some reason. I shouldn’t be download at hundreds of MB. I should be download over a GB a second. Nobody else is using the connection while im playing. Makes no sense.

@RogersHelps @Mcatlady54 @Bell Annoying as hell you can charge people an arm and a leg for internet that doesn't work.

@DebLaceKelly @Bell Never experienced anything like you describe. Uptime is near 100%. Worst I had was at beginning of covid due to non use, required a reboot/reinitialization of our line from their end, not just a router restart. That was frustrating as how would I have known.
