@bell_support confirmed 3 times w/ move valet - tech comes ystday- no install. Told priority for today. Spoke 3 times w tech told call back in 5 mins - no call. 80+ yr olds - no phone! What if there is an emergency? Should I call @rogers Monday?

@bell I’m tweeting b/c I have no other way to contact you. Your support services by phone & online not helpful. Having trouble with Bell Fibe & agent has NO IDEA how to help. Keeps saying it’s new system. Wld have thought agents wld be knowledgeable abt system B4 rolling it out!

@viraniarif @CRTCeng I pay @Bell over $2k per year for TV and Internet. I should be free to choose if I want to watch a US broadcast of a US show/event instead of having to be bombarded with online betting and Bell commercials. Stop signal switching and let Canadians choose!

Well my other cell powered down on me and now I'm redoing this new junky cellphone! Wish @Bell_Support would let me upgrade my cellphone to a newer version than I have !! So upset after all this time !!
