    @CRTCeng @Bell Bell’s internal communication is atrocious, the agents can’t follow notes written on customer accounts. For a telecommunications company their communication skills rated 1-10 is -1 a failure to the public! Disgusted with Bell. 😡😡😡

    @Bell It has been well over a month since I put in a request for high speed internet at my parents’ address & was promised an investigation would be underway. The service is available at nearby residences. My parents have been with Bell since 1959. What’s up? Why no service?

    @Bell_Support Oh you had your chance. Too many problems to get back into. Your service is the worst, I am very happy with my new server. I can only get put on hold so many times to get told the same, we are sorry, crap.

    In the meantime, I am reading that @Bell CEO managed to have a federally subsidized cell tower built so he can have the same high speed internet service beamed to his cottage on a remote Quebec lake. Again! What’s up with that? I betcha he is not a long term Bell customer.

    @Bell_Support I resolved the issue through another source. But I had to call bell first. I was redirected to three different people on a single call and put on hold for 20 mins then cut off three times in a row with nobody able to do a simple unlock. Nobody knew what to do. So they cut me off.

    So frustrating when representatives from @bell tell me they will follow up in two weeks with a solution about my account. No phone call. No email. I’ve been dealing with this since November. @Bell_Support no help whatsoever.

    @Bell_Support That says to me the people you’ve outsourced to do customer service either don’t care about their work or they need more proficient training. Literally wasted half a day. And you are the only provider I’ve ever had this type of customer service problem with... Ever......

    @Bell my phone number is being used by fraudulently by a bell customer. I’m not getting assistance from anyone @bell in fact I keep getting disconnected because it’s not my name on the account. Can anyone @bell help me??
