Been going in circles with the customer care and tech support for 2 hours. all they can say is it will be back soon. no actual info or details. I've never seen a communications company fail so bad at communicating!

I've spent over 50hrs on their phone line trying to coordinate my fiber move and they're beyond incompetent and treat their customers like ****.
