@Bell_Support Well, considering this outage/issue is going from Ontario to the Maritimes, you guys should and do know about it. I appreciate reaching out, but I'm not going to go back and forth on a major issue.

  • HStathop Helen Stathopolos (@HStathop) reported

@Bell_Support Hello, I am experiencing problems with my channels. I have 3 paid channels that I can't watch. The channels were fine up until today.

  • ScottRo05263119 Scotty (@ScottRo05263119) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell Thank you. I am not in the affected area of the storms but as of this morning I have no television service. My phone call was not received when I called you. So how long may I expect this to continue?

  • nandon2425 Sassenach 🇨🇦🏒🥅 (@nandon2425) reported

@Bell_Support Seems a little coincidental that just over a week ago Canada banned Huawei from 5G network.

  • lewis73 Mark Lewis (@lewis73) reported

@Bell_Support Outage on Bell satellite is only affecting my older receivers, 6100 and 9400 series. Newer HD receivers not affected. Clearly software botch up by Bell. Older receivers were looking for “transponder “0” and locked up. Seems to be corrected around 12:45 pm.

  • dak435 David Knight (@dak435) reported

@Bell_Support For whatever it’s worth I have my service back. Still no word from Bell of course.

  • GauseMarliese Marliese Gause (@GauseMarliese) reported

@Bell_Support I’m a Bell customer but no matter what I do can’t access online - all kinds of stuff about disabling this and that and it still doesn’t work. Both Netflix and Amazon are a breeze to connect so why all the problems with Bell?

  • maplelake13 Mike (@maplelake13) reported

@braedentaylor @Bell_Support Same here my HD receiver not working but regular ones seem to work.

  • don_lyte Don lyte (@don_lyte) reported

@Bell_Support I did not have internet in my area so maybe just fix the problem instead of sending me to another one of your useless options
