Just watched my niece on the phone with @RBC for 1.5 hours after visiting a branch and told to call customer service for a password reset. They didn’t speak EN. She was told to go back to the branch. Then she called @Bell , they put her on hold after 1/2 hour they hung up on her.

If you get a call from @TELUS, @Bell, @Rogers or any phone company offering “40% off” and asking you to verify your name — don’t do it. It’s likely a scam, & they may record your answer to impersonate you later. Tell them you’ll call back using the official support number instead

@Bell I’ve had no internet service for over 12 hours (Toronto, West end) Your support page seems kind of useless as it says there aren’t any outages. This is very inconvenient. Are you planning to get this fixed?
