    @Bell_Support I have a temporary line hanging all around my house since Aug 16 No one came back to dig the line in They forgot Called to remind them & waited last week 8 am to 10 pm and the next day for invisible technician A Bell truck drove by and slowed down That was it? 🙄

    Yesterday my father-in-law (86 years old) spent 3 hours on the phone with @Bell to change his credit card number on file. 3 hours!!! Is this what you call good customer service???

    @Bell Agree with Jenny - do not sign up with Bell! When you’re finally able to cancel the bills keep coming and the threats of courts. Very dishonest company to with.

    @Bell is finally installing fiber internet in our street! Soon over with @Rogers that can't fix their Internet after 38 days, over 10 calls and 5 tech visits. No more 10/1mbps when you pay for 150/15mbps 🙀

    @Bell_Support my postal code is k8n 4z7 and I've been experiencing dropped calls, 'no network' for almost a week. I have called and waiting for 'someone' to call me. This is very discouraging as I just came back to Bell hoping for better
