James Rutkay (@JamesRutkay) reported from Guelph, Ontario@Bell Hi Bell. I’m your newest mobile customer. I left Virgin after countless service disruptions, poor coverage, excessive billing, and just an overall terrible experience. I’m happy with my FIBE TV and Internet through Bell. I’m sure I’ll be equally happy with Bell Mobility.
-

-
Dave Campbell (@silverfox2587) reported from Halton Hills, Ontario@Bell 4 times here to install Bell fine and left unable too install. Left on the last install without saying a word. For a communications company they failed. If I had a job there, they would be straightened out quickly. Bell Sucks!!
-
James Rutkay (@JamesRutkay) reported from Guelph, Ontario@Bell_Support Good morning Bell, I lost my FIBE TV service this morning around 6:15am EST. I’m in Guelph and online searches say there’s no service disruption. Reboot done twice. Didn’t do anything. Just a black screen and no menu functions. (Still better than Rogers!)
-

-
Jrod (@JrodTwitch) reported from Centre Wellington, OntarioWhile we’re at it, why don’t we get @Bell_Support in on this one too. Maybe someone can get their damn story straight before I request a copy of the call and go to the CRTC to drag it out of you.

-
Shaun (@shaun_holst) reported from Guelph/Eramosa, Ontario@Bell your cell service outside of the city has been so terrible the last month or so. I work in a small town usually have no issues with Spotify or audible but the last month or 2 so terrible. Even sometimes in city so slow.
-
Warren Askew (@WarrenAskew2) reported from Halton Hills, OntarioHi @Bell_Support. As a Bell customer and frequent traveller on #HWY402 in ON, would love to have more than 1 bar of 3G coverage in that corridor. Calls drop or turn into convos with a 28.8 modem consistently. Thanks in advance! #PleaseUpgrade #SecondBusiestBorderCrossingInCanada
-
Jrod (@JrodTwitch) reported from Centre Wellington, OntarioHey @Bell #letstalk about how useless your customer service reps are. A month ago, I was offered $10 off each line by a representative, it didn’t get applied, now when I call about it, your reps are telling me I need to increase my bill $20 a month to get $10 off. What the hell
-
Ty Carruthers (@AmaraFarmServ) reported from Guelph/Eramosa, Ontario@EdJHanson @Bell Must be some sort of network issue. Can’t even complete a call
-
Warren Askew (@WarrenAskew2) reported from Halton Hills, OntarioHi @Bell_Support. Highway 402 is a major international trade corridor. Do you think that the service along that corridor could be upgraded to allow for a simple phone conversation from end to end? It’s only 100km yet calls drop constantly.
-
s (@sarmmont) reported from Guelph, OntarioHelp people who will be severely triggers into anxious and depressive states over stressing about bill payments WITH NO INCOME. #BellLetsTalk you are a joke. And you do not stand by your words. @Bell_Support

Steve DeForest (@sd4est) reported from Guelph, Ontario@Bell wow - over two hours on the phone, switched between 5 people because no one wants to fix a billing mistake - brutal customer service (or lack thereof). Maybe if your people weren’t penalized for fixing issues that don’t go in your favour you might have fewer people leaving

-
Thundercat 🇨🇦🇷🇺 (@Thundercattttt0) reported@TerryHethering9 Yep I cancelled about 20 years ago. Cable/internet package, it was unlimited. Suddenly Bell sent me an overage bill, they changed my plan and didn't tell me. Then expected me to pay overages. I escalated for a week, NOBODY would fix my account. @Bell
-
Varun (@varun42036) reportedHi @Bell the 20-person limit on group texts and ongoing issues with some users being unable to reply in group chats are seriously impacting workplace coordination for us. This isn’t just an inconvenient it’s affecting daily operations. Can this be urgently escalated and resolved.
-
Dave Kelly (@davekel63861604) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell Boggles the mind they will bust their asses to get a new customer bit fight with loyal customers to get a better price
-
Jeff (@JGH583) reportedJust watched sports center on @TSN_Sports for the first time in a while. Absolutely terrible. Masters highlights didn’t show a single shot by @McIlroyRory who is leading and had the round of a lifetime. Glad I’m not paying for @Bell anymore
-
AC (@Mel41177) reported@Sunshineways66 @ryangerritsen @Bell So I have bell ($110/month) at my home and starlink at the cottage. Just signed up at cottage with EBox for 500 meg speed for $45, bell internet price was $75 for both 500M and 1.5G. Called Bell for home and asked for a better deal and they would only go down to $90. I said my next call will be to cancel .
-
Nima Zabihpour (@nimazabihpour21) reported@Bell it’s 2026, why does your mobility services not support outgoing caller name display? This should be stardand especially for business mobility clients who want the name of their business shown when they call clients. Telus and Rogers has this standard.
-
Kaushil (@kaushilshah83) reported@Bell_Support It's very clear. It's being looked into and the only solution your team communicates is we will try to fix it with no alternative solutions. Unacceptable
-
David Cortesi (Toronto Wise Guy) (@YYZ_GY) reported@Bell Can you or anyone tell me why after canceling all your services I'm still getting a monthly bill? And even more frustrating, I can't find a person to discuss this with. A scheduled call back means absolutely nothing. How do I escalate this to a human to solve my problem?
-
Coffee4Life🇨🇦❤️🇮🇱 (@Coffee4Life365) reported@SpaceSector001 @Rogers @Bell That’s interesting. Don’t forget Telus is the ground infrastructure and support for starlink in Canada (hence “Telus internet” on WestJet planes)
-
Monark Bhanuprasad Brahmbhatt (@monark_23) reportedWhy tf is your customer service SO fuxkin much unpredictable & unreliable!!! @Bell #bellbusiness wtf!💀
