@bell @Bell_Support @CP24 Called bell fraud department for wrong entry in my financial reports and as per them they didn’t put any info on my account so either Equifax is wrong or the bell. Worst of all, female from the bell fraud department dropped the phone line on my face.

@Bell I have these all over the house @bell and we are still having wifi issues. Had a tech out last week. Service still gets interrupted and slow. Street signal is very high, not sure what the issues are..

@cogeco it amazes me that you can get through to sales within seconds but end up on hold to cancel one of three services. Your website for self serve Epico premium internet has been down for days. It seems easier to switch to @Bell?

@Bell Rec’d my Nov invoice. Takes a special kind of Co. to raise phone charge for a senior during the pandemic. I don’t have a cell phone, and the hike in my landline charge right now is heartless. Been a Bell customer for 50 years. Shame on you Bell + you’re “Loyalty Dept.”

@Sailor_Moon_CA @Bell I cannot support Crave, especially when my friends had the content offered to them get taken away and sold separately 2 times now as extras. There is no consumer protection if they can continue to divide the content and sell it back for more. I can only afford 2 stream services.

@Bell_Support 1 of your reps said the defective box was located & is just delayed. I’m not sure why a costumer would be charged for a defective box that I tried to have you guys repair & your reps sent me to get a new box...again this is horrible customer service esp. for a loyal customer!
