Tech says there's no lines left so has to downgrade our service in order to stabilize it. I hope they have a look at it then earliest, my phone services are surviving on wifi at this moment . Calls are dropping, and it’s cellular data is not working at all.

Worst of all, female from the bell fraud department dropped the phone line on my face.

Cheaper by far, and long distance was no extra cost. Later, I retired my computer & internet some 6 years ago. I just use a 'smart' mobile phone.

They couldn't find our account in their system. Odd. They can always find us when it's time to pay. 3 trips to Bell before we got the router. Still no internet.
