They always tell me that a tech representative will visit my area but this never has happened. And funny thing is, 5g symbol shows on my phone screen wen calls are dropping and data is slower than 2g. This looks like a scam. Plz look into it

Now, they setup new account and lost all our promotions. Wasting lot of time on call with their support and just getting passed around.
