I left Virgin after countless service disruptions, poor coverage, excessive billing, and just an overall terrible experience. I’m happy with my FIBE TV and Internet through Bell. I’m sure I’ll be equally happy with Bell Mobility.

I’m in Guelph and online searches say there’s no service disruption. Reboot done twice. Didn’t do anything. Just a black screen and no menu functions. (Still better than Rogers!)

Maybe if your people weren’t penalized for fixing issues that don’t go in your favour you might have fewer people leaving

zer0ish (@zer0ish84) reported@Bell_Support why does LTE and LTE+ not give me data/internet? I've done all basic troubleshooting. My Rogers phone in the same areas didn't have any issues also on LTE and LTE+. Did I make a mistake in changing my mobile service providers?
