@Bell_Support we have terrible cell reception out in south alton in ns. Bell had mini cell phone tower last year. Are u going install again this year until a permanent tower is installed?

Saga with @Bell_Support continues. Bill comes - almost $400 in taxes. Long story. Solution - pay bill, have bank reverse it (req a branch visit) then pay all corrected amounts in Aug. Everyone makes mistakes. This one has cost me hours to fix…and it’s not over. 🤔

I called @Bell to move my Internet service, and they tried to upsell me on TV. Realized they can't move cross-province so I just need a new account. Tried to sell me satellite TV instead. Then cell phone service. What ********??
