While we’re at it, why don’t we get @Bell_Support in on this one too. Maybe someone can get their damn story straight before I request a copy of the call and go to the CRTC to drag it out of you.

Hey @Bell #letstalk about how useless your customer service reps are. A month ago, I was offered $10 off each line by a representative, it didn’t get applied, now when I call about it, your reps are telling me I need to increase my bill $20 a month to get $10 off. What the hell

@domainrecap @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell You mean like how they take at least 1-2¢ in HST extra 90% of the bills they send out monthly, figure out their Customer base to see how much extra they keep given that they only submit based on Gross Revenue not what they collected! Creative Accounting.

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell This once again goes to show why I am not a customer of Bell. And to let you know Bell I will continue to have my family/ friends do business with others than you. Thank you for reaffirming my decision I’m not being your customer. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
