    Hey @Bell #letstalk about how useless your customer service reps are. A month ago, I was offered $10 off each line by a representative, it didn’t get applied, now when I call about it, your reps are telling me I need to increase my bill $20 a month to get $10 off. What the hell

    @bell good to know that somethings never change. Your customer service is still dismal. You still waste hours of people's time waiting on hold, waiting entire days for your techs to do installs, promising things that never come to fruition. Thanks for wasting my time.

    @Bell_Support , It is very sad that , I have to wait for 3 days for a small Fibre fix. So poor intelligence to detect automatically and assign a technician for an uninterrupted customer service. Too costly but poor in customer service. Unfortunately weekend, @Bell can't fix 😪

    @CBCNews So Melling is on a leave? Big deal! Doesn't fix anything. Two big issues with this a) he got to "decide" to take a leave and; b) Moses should step down - the decision to fire Lisa would have had full and cooperative support from Moses! @CTVNews @Bell still calling BS here!😠

    @brendatruenorth @PriyaSam @Bell As an employee of Bell they abused till I completely broke down & they continued to fight me while I been sick for 12 yrs in & out of hospitals. There is many articles how they treat employees, how they use & dispose of people like trash & if you dare speak up we will destroy you

    @Bell_Support I have been having the worst customer service from BELL in Whitby, Ontario. I am currently in a new house and BELL said they would install the internet and the technician says the FIBE connection is not get setup! The next appointment is scheduled on Sep 6th 1/2
