@Bell_Support worst customer service, major delays on my order, and they could not tell me that the 4 times I called to follow up. Received an email a week later stating a 50day delay. Why was i not informed the 4 times i followed up. Not recommending bell to anyone!!!

So I ordered my new #iPhone13ProMax from @Bell 3 wks ago. Each week I get a notification that the shipment date is pushed back another week. Who knows when I’m actually getting the phone. I call and get ppl on the phone at #bell who really don’t care or try to help. This sucks!

@Bell_Support I did not expect this kind of treatment from the customer service team. Called for the waiver of an unnecessary roming charges which is $100 for 8MB that I was not even aware about it. I was straight away told that we wont remove these charges.

Hey @Bell_Support we are new customers and our home internet has been absolutely awful! Called in to get somebody out and was told it’ll take 4 days for them to get here. You’re really not getting any points with us as of late .. never had any problems with our last provider.
