-
Canada Unity & Freedom Radio! (@can_unity) reported@Bell your customers are not happy in various areas around Ottawa. New installs with slow connection, def not what people pay for. I hope Bell compensates customers for the bad service they've provided for the last week

coolangattic (@coolangattic) reported@74Mightymouse @Bell That satellite dish is only for receiving a signal from bells 2 satellites in orbit. They cant turn off that receiver by itself without turning off all satellite tv in canada. Bell would need to find out who is paying the bill for the receiver to just target that one

Donna Deponeo (@Donna1049) reported@Bell_Support My landline has been down since yesterday afternoon. My mother is in the same building and her landline is not working. Is their an outage problem in the L7R area code for Burlington ON?
-
James Rubec (@JamesRRubec) reported from Mississauga, OntarioOk so here's the skinny. A plow knocked out the @bell transmission box a week ago. The next day, Bell had someone out and they fixed it. Almost a week out we've had ZERO issues. The internet is stable. #Mississauga

eic (@ethyeszn) reported@memestownusa @Bell_Support @MasterHandJr And force you to put a 70 dollar down payment on a tech coming because their “tests” show nothing wrong. Lmao they’re a joke company.
-
Mario Sardaukart 64 (@kevlarbieska) reported@anitaelizar @Bell_Support @Bell I don't mean to be rude but: what exactly could Bell do about this? unless they specifically knew whose account this dish is on, I think it would be incredibly difficult to cut service remotely, and physically confiscating the dish seems like... a very high risk proposal, at best
-
morgan vasco (@vintagemorganxo) reported@Bell when you’ve called to get a landline installed FOUR TIMES but your techs keep no showing… this has been going on since December. get your **** together.
-
Larkstarr! (@Larkstarr) reported@yeenyboi @Bell You know what, I can understand, honestly I can, but I have had exactly zero issues with Telus. Not to say I didn't need support ever for issues, but any issues I've had has been dealt with quickly and effectively.

plaidcanuck (@Plaidcanuck) reportedAfter 27 years as @Rogers customers, and now 8 wks as @Bell customers, I can say without any reservation that Bell is infinitely worse to deal with. Not that Rogers is a shining beacon of customer service either. The bar was INCREDIBLY low for Bell, and they still blew it. Unreal

Curtis (@cuto8) reported@JodyRidpath @fordnation @Bell maybe cut off their service? It's being run not at the home address. Hopefully someone can share the serial # on the box
