    @Bell thanks for raising my rates last month. Pandemic and a whole bunch of Canadians lost their jobs. I did call and manage to get $20 off this months bill. After being a customer for 15 years I really didn’t think you would kick us while we are down.

    The #runaround I am currently receiving from @Bell_Support isn’t only frustrating but also infuriating, the women couldn’t wait to hang up on me trying to terminate the conversation 3 times, oh ya and the problem was not resolved #pathetic , Canada needs more choices in providers

    Update: Called @Bell_Support thinking a phone call would be easier. Was told this was already addressed earlier today so they couldn't help me. Come. On. Finally being transferred to a "specialist".

    Hey @cogeco , thanks for 2 wrong bills in 2 months - next month, it’ll be a very unhappy phone call I’ll be having with you. When I cancel a service, that means STOP CHARGING ME FOR IT. Maybe @Bell would understand that? #customerservicefail #badcustomerexperience

    @JesseF100 @CraveCanada @netflix Unlike @netflix tho, @CraveCanada / @Bell requires that cross-tracking be turned ON to access your Crave account. What an invasion of #privacy on Crave's part! I'm a paying customer and cannot access my own account unless I turn tracking on! Ridiculous.

    @Bell_Support @BellMediaPR Bell Canada has the most inconsistent support ever. Every single time I talk to them I am told something different. @RogersHelps if you will cover my cancellation penalty (1 more year....counting the days) you can have me back.

    @Bell_Support after a temp service suspension my internet is no longer working. Last night was told my modem would be here be noon, now I'm being told I'll be without internet for three days. No offer to help faster or credit my account.
