The #runaround I am currently receiving from @Bell_Support isn’t only frustrating but also infuriating, the women couldn’t wait to hang up on me trying to terminate the conversation 3 times, oh ya and the problem was not resolved #pathetic , Canada needs more choices in providers

@Bell_Support We have been told multiple times that there is an outage in our area. How is it possible that all of our neighbours still have no issues with their Fibe service but our household is down?

@Bell thanks for raising my rates last month. Pandemic and a whole bunch of Canadians lost their jobs. I did call and manage to get $20 off this months bill. After being a customer for 15 years I really didn’t think you would kick us while we are down.

Hey @Bell @Bell_Support no idea what is going on but your internet service in @TownofLincolnON is awful. Our internet drops multiple times per day. Get us Fibe already!

@Bell Bell's technical support is giving me a run-around every time I need help with my TV box. I have so many problems for the last almost 3 months. They tell me this and that, etc.... My last call with them wasn't even in the record and nobody with Bell knows what my problem is.

Hey @Bell if I pay all lines early, you remind me to pay my future bills daily. You make it sound like I owe you… “Let’s figure it out.” Bro, the next bill hasn’t even generated yet. What are we figuring out? You going to tell me how much the credit is on my account? If paid on exact date or later you never txt me… This does NOT make sense. You’re never being paid early again. Who is overseeing @Bell_Support @Bell service. I keep loosing service several times a year which is due to shortage of number of terminals over the pole in the neighbourhood and every time a new customer signs up technician remove previous customer and connects a new one

@AminSheivari @Bell_Support @Bell They use to use Canadian call centers and then they laid everyone off and outsourced their customer service to the Philippines. We cancelled bell because of how terrible their service is.
