Flow (@FlowMike) reported from Lincoln, OntarioThe #runaround I am currently receiving from @Bell_Support isn’t only frustrating but also infuriating, the women couldn’t wait to hang up on me trying to terminate the conversation 3 times, oh ya and the problem was not resolved #pathetic , Canada needs more choices in providers

Marnie Biondi (@marniebiondi) reported from Lincoln, Ontario@Bell thanks for raising my rates last month. Pandemic and a whole bunch of Canadians lost their jobs. I did call and manage to get $20 off this months bill. After being a customer for 15 years I really didn’t think you would kick us while we are down.

Toronto (@JunG54828825) reported@Bell Bell's technical support is giving me a run-around every time I need help with my TV box. I have so many problems for the last almost 3 months. They tell me this and that, etc.... My last call with them wasn't even in the record and nobody with Bell knows what my problem is.
-

The_White_Whippet (@White_Whippet) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell Switched to Starlink this December. The internet is great and I have no regrets. Hardest part was cancelling the services because of the crappy incompetent barely English speaking agents at Telus. I don’t ever plan to switch back to any crap Canadian Cartel Communication company.
-
Roberto Godoy (@RareSenseCA) reported@Bell Your internet service SUCKS lately. As a professional who relies heavily on steady internet service, it's really frustrating to have your service down every 15 minutes.
-
Varun (@varun42036) reportedHi @Bell the 20-person limit on group texts and ongoing issues with some users being unable to reply in group chats are seriously impacting workplace coordination for us. This isn’t just an inconvenient it’s affecting daily operations. Can this be urgently escalated and resolved.
-
Catfish Actual (@civitano_444) reportedIf, like me, you've received greasy, manipulative, telemarketing calls In the middle of your work day from @Bell , just do what I do: report them as spam and block them, then cancel any products that you subscribe to with them.
-
jumpingoverleaves (@jumpingleaves1) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell You can't get a human to respond when you call FIDO for ANY issue. The AI is actually stupid and can never resolve anything. After you've tried over and over, it tells you that you can schedule a call with a human. The first date and time available is at min. 3 days later.

Space & Defense Sector (@SpaceSector001) reported from Purpleville, Ontario@Coffee4Life365 @Rogers @Bell Yeah. Telus are stupid that way. I use to work for Telus in BC. AST is the total solution even in airplanes. But dtarlink was lol he good for laptops and stuff in the air.

Colin (@csmyth41) reported@Bell Hey Bell, just wanted to let you know I finally ended my painful relationship with your awful company. Internet, TV, Phone, 9 mobile phone lines, business internet now all cancelled. Worst customer service of any company I have had the displeasure of dealing with.
