Hey @Bell @Bell_Support no idea what is going on but your internet service in @TownofLincolnON is awful. Our internet drops multiple times per day. Get us Fibe already!

@Bell_Support We have been told multiple times that there is an outage in our area. How is it possible that all of our neighbours still have no issues with their Fibe service but our household is down?

The #runaround I am currently receiving from @Bell_Support isn’t only frustrating but also infuriating, the women couldn’t wait to hang up on me trying to terminate the conversation 3 times, oh ya and the problem was not resolved #pathetic , Canada needs more choices in providers

@Bell thanks for raising my rates last month. Pandemic and a whole bunch of Canadians lost their jobs. I did call and manage to get $20 off this months bill. After being a customer for 15 years I really didn’t think you would kick us while we are down.

@Bell you charge $400 for service installation that I have to complete 1/2 of for your staff due to COVID and restrictions on entering the home. While I appreciate you being cautious, I shouldn’t have to pay full price when I’m doing 1/2 the work.

Why does @bell think they can take 3 months to give your credit back but they demand payment immediately or threaten to cut off service 🤬

After three weeks of horrendous service, ongoing internet outages, broken promises and just unbelievable incompetence from @rogers, now on the phone to @bell now to see if they want my business and can do any better.

@hockeyparent201 @Bell That’s why we left Bell. If I called to make payment arrangements, I spoke to an outsourced aggressive collection centre, demanded payment or threatened to disconnect! One and only reason I left! TV is better than Eastlink’s but as far as customer service, well, there is none!😒

@KalenHarrisYYJ @Bell We have break up the Canadian Telecom Trust, they dont compete, they collude. Most expensive worst telecom system in the world, and they take covid money to pay shareholders.

@Bell this is unbelievably absurd that I have to pay monthly fee + taxes and intallation and be ******* for 60 months for a potential solution for our internet connection problem. I have been a loyal customer with Bell and in good standing and this is how they repay you.

@Bell_Support not getting much help today and hung up on by some call centre who claims there are no managers to escalate things to. Seems really odd to me!

@hockeyparent201 @Bell Before we cancelled our bill was $220 a month, WITH the promotion price. Eastlink now is $129.95 guaranteed for 2 years. It ends this November so I’m sure I can sweet talk them into keeping me as a customer lol!
