I did call and manage to get $20 off this months bill. After being a customer for 15 years I really didn’t think you would kick us while we are down.

After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, I’m now being told it’s only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I genuinely don’t understand how a simple cancellation can be this difficult. Signing up took 5 minutes; cancelling has taken 24 hours and still isn’t resolved.
