    Hey @Bell #letstalk about how useless your customer service reps are. A month ago, I was offered $10 off each line by a representative, it didn’t get applied, now when I call about it, your reps are telling me I need to increase my bill $20 a month to get $10 off. What the hell

    @canadacanes @Bell It's so bad. Who makes staffing decisions there? As a company, how can you not be more cognizant of anticipated heavy traffic periods? This just suggests a massive lack of respect for your customers.

    @Bell_Support Not sure how that link resolves my issue. I have a 4K TV, and I have the Bell 4K PVR. But I’m not getting a 4K signal from the Bell box to my TV. That link doesn’t help me.

    @jdrayvon @Bell It's criminal isn't it? My $75 doesn't include Long-Distance. I pay #Yak to keep that cost down. My Bell-Aliant phone-line is ancient...1970's tech and they just keep right on #gouging customers.
