    Hey @Bell #letstalk about how useless your customer service reps are. A month ago, I was offered $10 off each line by a representative, it didn’t get applied, now when I call about it, your reps are telling me I need to increase my bill $20 a month to get $10 off. What the hell

    While we’re at it, why don’t we get @Bell_Support in on this one too. Maybe someone can get their damn story straight before I request a copy of the call and go to the CRTC to drag it out of you.

    We keep on losing @RogersHelps during working hours at home. Not helpful. @Bell doesn’t service our area. Maybe Starkink through @SpaceX is the way to go…

    So @Bell doesn’t bring internet to our neighbourhood.. just @RogersHelps .. but we’re done losing service during work hours.. Maybe @starlink is the way to go..

    @Bell_Support my internet has been cut since Thursday bc a hydro truck snagged the wire when it drove by & it snapped. Your tech couldn’t fix it & now your customer service is telling me it won’t be fixed until June 24? & the call centre wont let me speak to an agent! This is BS

    @Bell @Bell I had unlimited internet and Fibe TV. It was worse than service I went back to. I won’t ever bother with ANY Bell products.

    @Bell your service isn’t reliable and your call centre technical support staff are not competent. How do I speak to a senior VP. I’m getting the run around. Why is it so hard to have competent staff?
