We keep on losing @RogersHelps during working hours at home. Not helpful. @Bell doesn’t service our area. Maybe Starkink through @SpaceX is the way to go…

Hey @Bell_Support, is there a #fibe outage in East York (ON)? If so, any timeline for when it’ll be back?

@greg_rodrigo @Bell @Rogers That is a good one Greg 🤣. Rural internet users are not “real” users. Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

@Bell not happy at all with my mobility service. I am in a shared data plan although I was never told this and actually got the 3 different lines at different times. Apparently nothing can be done. Please tell me what other provider offers better service and transparency!

And perhaps the worst run company @Bell at least they try to help but their systems and login profiles are too many. They also give new customers better deals than existing. But again, no one cares or can do anything about it

@Bell_Support the cell service along Nova Scotia’s Eastern Shore is abysmal. It has gotten progressively worse over the last few years. This is a concern when family members are commuting and they can’t be reached-1

@Bell_Support we pay for a service that we cannot access! This is 2022, not 1995… cell service should be much better than what we are getting….fix the problem!!-2
