Hey @Bell_Support, is there a #fibe outage in East York (ON)? If so, any timeline for when it’ll be back?

  • andrewjdisher
    A. Dish (@andrewjdisher) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

We keep on losing @RogersHelps during working hours at home. Not helpful. @Bell doesn’t service our area. Maybe Starkink through @SpaceX is the way to go…

  • BellSiobhan
Siobhan Bell (@BellSiobhan) reported from Mono, Ontario

@greg_rodrigo @Bell @Rogers That is a good one Greg 🤣. Rural internet users are not “real” users. Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

@Highteaspeaks @Bell Phone and plan 60 after tax. This is better than just a 25 after tax plan though. In my opinion. (Works for me anyway). Seems network not too reliable on cheaper plans(20-25 per month plans).

  • Yessie1914
    Yessevel Rodriguez (@Yessie1914) reported

@Bell waited 60 minutes on call for you guys to hang up on me ? I’m so tiredddd

  • Olamiii__
    Ọlámilékan (@Olamiii__) reported

@Highteaspeaks @TamiloreAdewuyi @Bell They have very low network coverage. Once you get to certain locations, the network just goes off.

  • Lexikonin
    Demeter (@Lexikonin) reported

Called @Bell to upgrade my Mobility plan from the $35 plan to the $85 Ultra Plan. I was told as a loyal customer I would have to pay $105. The advertised $85 rate is only available to new customers. How does this make any sense?

  • IanClarke_ca
    Ian Clarke (@IanClarke_ca) reported

@Bell Please check the ticket and see what height the tech put the line in as off the ground. I’m betting he put in the other line ABOVE this one in as needing to be fixed as he was adamant that this low hanging one was not a bell line. If it’s not down as approx 6ft it’s incorrect.

  • LateNightCam
    Tony Smyth 🇨🇦 (@LateNightCam) reported

@TruthFringe @BlueJays @Bell Thing is Primus is actually owned by Bell so a Bell Tech came to do the switch from Bell to Primus. When the CRTC ordered Bell to offer wholesale access to the existing fibre network, Bell just started buying up smaller ISPs.

@Bell On phone now. On hold of course!! Talk about stress. Unbelievable. A huge company like Bell to mean to treat its customers properly and send out someone to install!

  • ChiefTod
    Scott Tod (@ChiefTod) reported

@Bell why does it take 3 hrs at a phone store to get a new phone. Stop treating customers as a burden and phone purchase /migration as a complex issue. I can buy a phone in any other country in 15mins.

@MichaelBrains @Highteaspeaks @Bell But how Freedom’s network reach though??? I think Fido is also after my life 😭😭😭 almost $60 for 20GB

@Bell_Support I am having hard time getting my connection shifted to new address. Your technician and customer support team has been very unsupportive for this. Please resolve this for me in Montreal.
