@greg_rodrigo @Bell @Rogers That is a good one Greg 🤣. Rural internet users are not “real” users. Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

Much like their process for porting a mobile number, @Bell's self-service portal is the drizzling shits. The link for you to update your credit card doesn't work and when you actually find the place to update it, their portal still tells you your credit card is expiring soon.

  • JohnHou00719116 John Houston (@JohnHou00719116) reported

@Bell Bell who offer 3Gb fiber service with a REAL speed of around 300mbps and charge $140/month when the 300mbsp service is $90 a month. CHECK THE SPEED YOU ARE GETTING ON AVERAGE. Bell needs to be SUED.

  • tripsiegypsie Priya (@tripsiegypsie) reported

Hello @Bell you have an internet outage in Halifax since morning but there is nothing on your website about it? Why is this not a P1?

  • Pharaoh_tv YT - Pharaoh TV (@Pharaoh_tv) reported

@Bell hey folks, Shark week started tonight but there is no Discovery channel anymore? Apparently it has been replaced with USA network but there is no shark week on it? So as a Fibe TV user….how can I watch Shark week or any of the discovery shows on Fibe TV?

  • ham_basshogg The AI Automation Agency (@ham_basshogg) reported

  • jmlny53 JMLNY (@jmlny53) reported

@Bell Service your downed customers in less than 2 weeks and it might make sense. There’s a reason you’re losing to independents

  • WMGullison WMG (@WMGullison) reported

@Bell Broadband? -Dude, cell service outside of major cities has gone down the crapper the last 5 years. It's unusable in places we're it used to be fine. - Starlink is making you irrelevant. - You charge too much for TV. You are destroying yourselves and your business.

  • JG98942814 MightyJoeMaple (@JG98942814) reported

lol Xplornet thinks I’m gonna wait six days for them to come fix my internet. If it’s not done by Monday they’ll never see another dime. @Bell would you like a new customer? Who wouldn’t?

  • MaestroScottM Scott F MacKay (@MaestroScottM) reported

@Bell I will support this ONLY if Canadian technology is used, Canadian factories make the components, Canadian workers build the infrastructure.

  • DavidKe1ly David🇨🇦 (@DavidKe1ly) reported

If you get a call from @TELUS, @Bell, @Rogers or any phone company offering “40% off” and asking you to verify your name — don’t do it. It’s likely a scam, & they may record your answer to impersonate you later. Tell them you’ll call back using the official support number instead
