  • andrewjdisher A. Dish (@andrewjdisher) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

So @Bell doesn’t bring internet to our neighbourhood.. just @RogersHelps .. but we’re done losing service during work hours.. Maybe @starlink is the way to go..

Hey @Bell_Support, is there a #fibe outage in East York (ON)? If so, any timeline for when it’ll be back?

  • BellSiobhan Siobhan Bell (@BellSiobhan) reported from Mono, Ontario

@greg_rodrigo @Bell @Rogers That is a good one Greg 🤣. Rural internet users are not “real” users. Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

  • JimmyG2323 JIMMY.G (@JimmyG2323) reported from Caledon East, Ontario

  • BKG_92 Brett Graham (@BKG_92) reported

@Bell_Support can you explain to me why my fibe tv is always choppy? The sound disappears then becomes distorted??? It been like this for WEEKS! I've reset my modem. Reset my boxes. Still persistent. Annoying when I'm being billed $200/month for a service that's no operational.

  • chadkerychuk Chad Kerychuk (@chadkerychuk) reported

@RogersHelps $152+ a month for 10GB Data iPhone/IPad shared + Apple Watch plan is just nuts. How are you not providing more incentive for a 20+ year customer? Can @TELUS @Bell offer anything better? We need way more competitive options in Canada for years.

  • postybieber 🦋 (@postybieber) reported

@Bell i was offered a great phone plan by one of your agents, i never received my sim card and now they told me that my order was cancelled and that i cant get the original offer back. i literally have the confirmation email. **** yall. What kind of service do you guys offer???

  • DatooNatasha Miss Natasha Datoo (@DatooNatasha) reported

Love the initiative @Bell_LetsTalk however your lack of support for a teacher that works with special needs doesn’t sit well with me. I hate to say it. But @Bell_Support you suck and unfortunately so does this company in my personal opinion. #LetsTalk

  • chouhanraminder Raminder Singh (@chouhanraminder) reported

@Bell what is going on. I have called support multiple times and told them I do not own #wifipods. Opened multiple cases and they still sending me return label and asking me send pods back or 50 CAD per pod will be charged. I returned them in 2019. Can you please look?

  • WilliamJ9227 William 👑 (@WilliamJ9227) reported

@trueman832 @Bell Yes. Because bell is a bunch of absolute morons. Horrible company !

  • WilliamJ9227 William 👑 (@WilliamJ9227) reported

Why year after year does @Bell show how horrible of a company they are. From customer service to actual services they provide.

  • TheHalalQueen Halal Bae (@TheHalalQueen) reported

@Bell remember when I worked at your head office for a team that was constantly verbally berated, forced to work all night (with no overtime), paid us crap and never gave us benefits or sick days off, then let me go for not "committing" #BellLetsTalk

  • bacoprah Bryan (@bacoprah) reported

@applying4ajob I've told @bell that I would rather pay thousands per month for internet than give them $1 for any service; I will however apply a hashtag to some social media to increase the amount they will donate to #MentalWellness initiatives. #BellLetsTalk

  • svs5505 Simone B.A. Hons., M.Ed (@svs5505) reported

Can we talk about how #bell letstalk is problematic, where they don’t support their own employees but yet try to be perceived as a company that understands mental illness ... yuck 🤮@Bell_LetsTalk @bell
