@greg_rodrigo @Bell @Rogers That is a good one Greg 🤣. Rural internet users are not “real” users. Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

Trying to switch from Rogers to Bell for internet and somehow Bell keeps dropping the ball. It's as if they don't want new customers. @Bell it should not take 3 appts and counting to figure out what is needed for my installation. Terrible first impression.

@Bell_Support internet seems to be down m3j0a8 it’s been a half hour. Restarting router does nothing. I’m not technologically illiterate so this is on your end.
