We keep on losing @RogersHelps during working hours at home. Not helpful. @Bell doesn’t service our area. Maybe Starkink through @SpaceX is the way to go…

  • BellSiobhan Siobhan Bell (@BellSiobhan) reported from Mono, Ontario

@greg_rodrigo @Bell @Rogers That is a good one Greg 🤣. Rural internet users are not “real” users. Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

  • curtharnett curt harnett (@curtharnett) reported from Caledon East, Ontario

Hey @Bell_Support, is there a #fibe outage in East York (ON)? If so, any timeline for when it’ll be back?

  • JimmyG2323 JIMMY.G (@JimmyG2323) reported from Caledon East, Ontario

@Bell I have called 10 times and the filipinos in Philippines are no help at all and really don’t understand much about bell Canada and there services…I’ve had bell express vu and internet and phone for 25 #sad Maybe time to go to @rogers #bell #Fails

  • andrewjdisher A. Dish (@andrewjdisher) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

So @Bell doesn’t bring internet to our neighbourhood.. just @RogersHelps .. but we’re done losing service during work hours.. Maybe @starlink is the way to go..

@funny1040am @Bell should just sell the station. Nobody is going to listen to this garbage. We all ******* hate you!

  • KathyPMcBride Mrs. Kathy McBride (@KathyPMcBride) reported

@Bell $360 ÷ 2 plans = $180 each, ÷ 24 months = a whopping $7.50 per month. I'll try not to fall off my chair. How much Covid support payments did Bell receive again?

  • bbdj82 BBDJ (@bbdj82) reported

@Bell is anyone monitoring these accounts on Twitter? I really need help.

  • cunrakes Émile Perron (@cunrakes) reported

And here we are, a month later, and I receive this new bill which makes me realize they probably never even cancelled my previous plan to begin with! Great way to alienate your customers, @Bell. Now I'm inclined to start following @bellcanadalies and such...

  • pissybadger Pissy Badger (@pissybadger) reported

I’m happy to report that my mom is no longer a @bell user, and never will be, again.

  • NockFourSix K (@NockFourSix) reported

I’m on the phone with a @bell employee trying to cancel my services as I’m moving to a place where bell doesn’t exist and the guy is charging me $75 to cancel. You’re kidding me right Bell? You’re already screwing me for $260 a month.

  • JSFischerOnt Scott Fischer (@JSFischerOnt) reported

@Brewski2020 @Bell Lol. Rural internet at my house is $400 per month for 20mbps up and 20mbps down. Power failure and the antenna goes down. My cottage has a rogers rocket hub doing 5 down and 1 up. I pay $60 per month and the overage charges push me to $600 per month. Starlink is nothing.

  • lemoine_martin Martin LeMoine (@lemoine_martin) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @CBCNews Hey @Bell_Support Internet service at our cottage is a total disaster too. Can we get some help on Georgian Bay Eastern shore? Cell service is dodgy at best. Few towers, far away and too many cell phones.

  • LifeOfRyan85 Ryan the h2ö Distribüter (@LifeOfRyan85) reported

@Bell No! Remember when you stole all that money from the COVID relief fund to keep people working? Then you canned all those amazing people. We won't forget. Pay back that money you GD crooks! #BellLetsTalk about #bellletscut all your services. Terrible company
