@enmand @Bell It's totally unlimited. Speed is another subject. At one time Fido had unlimited data plans, it was GPRS...not even 2G. It's still data. This is how Freedom Mobile and most US providers work as well. Simple slow downs, no overages.

There is an outage affecting Virgin BSL in Ontario and Québec, it is a network issue so there is nothing else to do on our end (connection might be up and down, connected to the modem but no internet) Expected time for repair is 3pm

@Bell_Support my Fibe internet was supposed to be installed on Aug 15, issues so a new tech came on the 16th seemingly resolved the issue. Today original tech came back and the issue remains unresolved. Called in to the support line I'm being told tech won't be here til September
