  @gregobr @Quebecor @Bell @TVASports If @CRTC doesn't slap them down hard, and fast, then they might as well give up regulating BDUs altogether. In Bell's position, I'd ask if it's okay to bootleg TVA Sports' signal from another BDU, or maybe even do it without asking. Perhaps with a Videotron box. ;)

  @enmand @Bell It's totally unlimited. Speed is another subject. At one time Fido had unlimited data plans, it was GPRS...not even 2G. It's still data. This is how Freedom Mobile and most US providers work as well. Simple slow downs, no overages.

Many TPIA companies offer TV services now. Bell landline is a joke. It's not safe, they never repair it anymore. Support the laid off workers!
