    @enmand @Bell It's totally unlimited. Speed is another subject. At one time Fido had unlimited data plans, it was GPRS...not even 2G. It's still data. This is how Freedom Mobile and most US providers work as well. Simple slow downs, no overages.

    @TELUSsupport I had the most terrible experience ever from Telus. I have worked with @Bell @Rogers @ShawInfo and I say that Telus is certainly the worst when it comes to customer service. The tech guy never showed up The CSR didn't follow up Nobody cares. @TELUSCommunity

    @Bell rep called me to see how I was enjoying the service. As I am in the process of looking for a new plan and add a line I was expecting a deal. Before I was hung up on I was told there is currently nothing on offer better than what I have...except what Rogers is offering me

    @Bell nailed it again. Had cable/internet for a few months, sold a package that doesn't exist in our area, give us a new package told us we can cancel at any time and now want $150 to cancel. What a joke. Terrible customer service and experience. Disgusted. Should call @eastlink

    @Flagpole_Canada @mediamorphis @BenKlass @TELUS @Bell @Rogers 5Gy will never have enough capacity to replace FTTH and coax/cable to homes. And it’s much cheaper to deploy GPON fibre (unpowered) than to install powered radios every block. It doesn’t make economic sense to replace wireline with wireless in cities.
