It’s pretty god damn frustrating that I spend $1500 a year on a phone plan and that I get harassed and yelled at by the “customer service” reps when I call with an issue because they don’t understand a lick of English. @Bell not impressed whatsoever.

Imagine being on the phone for an hour with a @Bell_Support customer service “supervisor” who is unable to help you because of incompetence and you have to tell them you can’t hear them over the laughing in the background. Ridiculous, you should be ashamed.

We apologize to all of our valued customers from @niagaragolfw our phone,internet,tv and wifi have been out for 24 hours and @Bell_Support and @Bell don’t seem to want to help a small business! Admitted it was there mistake but nothing happening
