It’s pretty god damn frustrating that I spend $1500 a year on a phone plan and that I get harassed and yelled at by the “customer service” reps when I call with an issue because they don’t understand a lick of English. @Bell not impressed whatsoever.

@Bell_Support I spent 2 hours on the telephone with your customer service staff and they weren't interested on seeing the video, the vehicles plates, id number, or anything at all about the douchebag tech. Just letting people know that if this prick rolls up in your yard, BEWARE !!!

@mark_richer @Bell Rogers is the only alternative and they are worse not to mention they block half the controls for your network or lock it behind a stupid phone app and treat you like a baby

@Bell_Support Did you oversell the WHI tower @Bell_Support? Support keeps pointing to a (sudden) speed degradation based on volume - despite near perfect functionality for the better part of a year. What changed?? Why am I told this can't be fixed?

@Bell team came into my are to put their fiber optic cable in the month of February 2022. They made a big trench in my front yard to put the cable and make the connections. They covered the trench with soil, but never came back to put grass on it They made my front yard a mess.

@Rogers you should be embarrassed about the in store service at your flagship in Toronto. Forcing customers to wait outside because you have more security than staff is embarrassing. Hey @Bell - can you help?
