It’s pretty god damn frustrating that I spend $1500 a year on a phone plan and that I get harassed and yelled at by the “customer service” reps when I call with an issue because they don’t understand a lick of English. @Bell not impressed whatsoever.

@Bell_Support 2 techs at my home the last 2 days, both were great. Sadly the booking teams supporting them were rude and useless. A third tech (the one with the right capabilities) can only arrive on Monday. No issues with Rogers in 6 years, tons in 1 month of Bell Fibe. Awful.

@Bell_Aliant @Bell BELL COSTUMERS SERVICE ARE ALL TRAINED SCAMMERS lying and deceiving you and making false promises is what the customer service of bell is trained on. Wouldn't surprise me that these people are also behind all those scammers on facebook and kjiji because they are trained for it

@Bell_Support No, we're good. Your "agents" on the phone wouldn't help, so you've lost her business. Next will be our entire family & any other entity we're involved with. Total scam that you run with these prepaid & texts. Can easily be stopped but you choose not to.

@Bell my mobile phone bill, with the latest announced increase coming in March, will have gone up 17% in six months. I chatted with their support people and was told I had the best rate available and that the increases were justified for network improvements. 1/..

Time for @Bell to actually care about customers, loyalty and service. Increasing prices by 17% while not giving customers any new services or improvements is robbery. 3/3
