It’s pretty god damn frustrating that I spend $1500 a year on a phone plan and that I get harassed and yelled at by the “customer service” reps when I call with an issue because they don’t understand a lick of English. @Bell not impressed whatsoever.

@dancemonkey73 @Bell I dropped those mothers years ago. Posted a pic of me cutting the phone cord. Tried to negotiate lower rate for service because all I used it for was fax. Oh no, you already have the lowest rate. Then cancel my service. No no, we can do better than that! F you, cancel right now!

@bell I’ve been without services home internet and tv (Fibe) since Wed…I can’t understand why there isn’t a mobile hotspot device that can be provided to me while your company resolves your issue! I was told that my services will be up at 9pm today but the new eta is tmr at 5pm
