It’s pretty god damn frustrating that I spend $1500 a year on a phone plan and that I get harassed and yelled at by the “customer service” reps when I call with an issue because they don’t understand a lick of English. @Bell not impressed whatsoever.

@Bell I have been experiencing the worst customer service at your end. For the past three months, I've been in contact with y'all. Representatives just disconnect the line repeatedly or put on hold for 30-45 mins which is extremely frustrating. Hoping to get some help from here.

Get a text 5 seconds after the call from #BellCanadaSucks saying technician will be out Sunday from noon to 5. Call and another guys scheduling not our problem. Now no internet. @BELL should be arrested for thievery, stealing money without providing service. #LdnOnt

Latest from @BELL, the absolutely suckiest company for customer service. Lost me internet and television feed spend 40 minutes on the phone trying to get it back. Finally guy says will send technician between 5 and 7 tonight. 1/2 #LdnOnt #BellCanadaSucks

My ISP @Bell told me all my services could be moved which was a complete lie. They didn't move any service, no net, tv, or phone! Absolutely Ridiculous! I would have went with the fiber optic provider out here ahead of time if I knew bell was full of ****!

@TorontoUltra @Bell Interesting. The big game changer for me was in 2012 when Bell charged me a super-ultra $1,500 in roaming charges when I visited the States for four days and thought I'd be stupid enough to pay. That changed my game to anything but #Bell!

@Bell @Bell_Support so it’s been 40 hours that a 90 ur old visullay impaired person has no phone service. And u respond saying that it will take 24-48 hrs to look into the issue. Are u kidding ???
