It’s pretty god damn frustrating that I spend $1500 a year on a phone plan and that I get harassed and yelled at by the “customer service” reps when I call with an issue because they don’t understand a lick of English. @Bell not impressed whatsoever.

@SteevesJ @Bell_Support My favorite was when I called Shaw to tell them that my internet randomly stopped working overnight, and they said "ok well there are no reported outages in your area, we can have someone there to look at it in 3 weeks." Like wtf am I even paying for LMAO

@Bell so glad I switched to your service so I could get charged for outgoing texts to New Mexico that I have 0 record of, have 30 gigs of data that I never use somehow maxed out in 2 weeks and then have your employees tell me I’m lying and hang up on me instead of helping me 🤡

After 1.5 month of trying to become a @Bell mobility customer (2 accounts, 2 SIM card deliveries incomplete, countless hours on the phone and chat), I've decided it's not worth it despite the enticing offer they made me ($60/month for 30GB of data).
