It’s pretty god damn frustrating that I spend $1500 a year on a phone plan and that I get harassed and yelled at by the “customer service” reps when I call with an issue because they don’t understand a lick of English. @Bell not impressed whatsoever.

@Bell_Support Hi Bell, my internet services have been down for the last 3 hours. It's pretty disheartening to pay so much for this level of quality.

Okay, @bell , @bell_support , you’ve worn us down. No consistent internet service since January 27th, 4 separate on-site service calls, hours of our time spent on hold and in a loop of repetitive and redundant scripted tech support conversations,

I’ve been a customer with @Bell_Support for 24 years. My Dad worked at Bell for 35+ years and has also been a customer for that length of time. I’ve spent over 50 hours in the last year on the phone with Bell due to THEIR errors. What did they offer? $37.50 off my next bill...1/2

Let god @Bell, had a busier than normal month and went over my data (speed was throttled down) but for the last 4 days you all has said I have 1 day left on my billing cycle. Do you do this just so I pay for a product I don’t get to use?
