    So 8 months ago I got a 500$ fee from @Bell cause they said I never sent back my phone (which I did and I ce giving them the proofs) talked to at least 15 persons, and every time they said it will be waved on the next bill, but never did

    @Bell_Support I’m on the phone with bell and I spoke to 2 people so employee and a supervisor and they don’t know how to fix the issue.. I never go over my data (I have 7g even tho I’m supposed to have a free one) and now it’s 3 months in a row I go over my data for some strange reason

    Absolutely disgusted with @Bell, canceled my tv service last week in error, promised 100$ visa gift card, Internet got disconnected, and unable to locate my account. Absolutely shit company to be with. Just returned all their crap and better not see a bill.

    @Bell all I have to say is that if you come across door to door agent offering you 100$ visa gift cards to sign up with Bell...don’t take the offer, not only will they offer you that but will also offer service not available in your area. 100% scam.

    @Bell wow after almost 7 years. I'm going yo have to terminate my service Not on contract I really tried 3 hours this am to fix a $200 issue Infact fixed it but your 3 day lock out is unacceptable Loyalty is useless by the way as you have an auto lock system they can't over ride

    @natalieast The GizmoGrind team heads up to Dorset Ontario once a year for a team break and we all get data using a Mifi Bell hotspot. It's suuuper expensive, I've never checked the speed on that thing? @bell step your game up.

    Called @cogecohelps today to discuss a "new" modem that isn't working; since everything looked fine on their end we were told to hard wire into the modem every time we want to use the internet. Seriously?!? This is customer service? Maybe time to call @Bell or @RogersHelps!

    @Bell_Support why there's no similar services in two buildings in the same area? One has 1GB Fiber connections while the other only equipped with 50Mbps? Where to ask for the same service?
