I never go over my data (I have 7g even tho I’m supposed to have a free one) and now it’s 3 months in a row I go over my data for some strange reason

When even a crown corporation such as @hydroquebec has better outage communication than a privately owned telecom company, maybe it's time to switch to a provider which cares.

The grass is always greener on the other side. I had an issue with my service due to moisture on the equipment outside & they were very quick to change it. Thank you Bell.
